Never will I return at 6pm on a Friday night, oh the fool I was. Not enough workers for the rush and the ones there did their very best.Update, tried the app ordering on the way home from work. Something is always wrong. Out of chocolate frosty that happens. Root beer instead of coke ok but really? No pretzel bun meh. But cold fries that's the worst. Pull up and wait after 15 minutes for cold fries. You should be careful ordering after 11pm. With a meal costing $15 it's a lot of money for smaller and small portions.

They don't seem to read what's on the order, I got all my food which is nice but non of the modifications I made to anything were done. Pretty disappointing especially when we pulled to the side for them to finish making it.

This has got to be the slowest Wendy's I have ever been too. An it's not due to lack of help there is at least 13 people that I have seen plus they are out of coke and sprite they only taking exact change so someone didn't get extra money. They over filled my root beer and this burger looks like a kids burger think they got my Dave's double wrong wow they should close this location.

Night workers are always frustrated and take extremely long to even answer on drive thru. Seems like they waiting for you to leave. I ordered a salad and asked for an extra ranch and was told that would be an extra .60c it may not seem like much but when I spend 10$ on a salad the least u can give the customer is CONDIMENTS. I know I’m one person and my opinion means nothing but I stopped going to Popeyes when they started charging for Ranch. It’s a pet peeve of mine. Don’t sell me food then charge me for the condiments I need to make it taste worthy of eating.

I've only been in for the new breakfast, three times. The ladies up front are nice and polite. The cooks are the most disg*sting food handlers I have ever come across in my entire life. The biscuits are hard,old,but hot. The eggs are hard and old. It's as-if they're microwaving the old food at 8am-9am.The Potatoe wedges are awesome (probably bc th girls cook them). Obviously the manager has no idea. Ask for biscuits egg sandwiches and roll the dice. Maybe the cook decided he'd cook everything at 6am and reheat them l, and store in hot-box, as needed. The cooks should be required to have their ServeSafe to handle public consumption-foods.

They gave away our order to someone else and then got mad at us and refused to remake the food and were laughing about it and being extremely disrespectful. So we kept pressing until they made us the food or gave a refund. They yelled at us and locked the window on us and ignored us and everyone else in the line, we finally pulled back around an hour later and they ended up making some of the food but not all. Extremely unprofessional.

Waited in drive thru line for a half an hour. Just to get home and they gave me the wrong burger. Normally I don't have an issue. Definitely was disappointed. Not even a sorry for the long wait.
