Very busy in the mornings so food takes longer to get once at the window but its understandable since there arent many workers there at once.My orders get a little wrong sometimes but its things i can fix myself without having to come in. (ex. just remove the bacon)Its close to where i am so its a shorter drive and i like how quick it is when its not busy
i went to this location and was met with a lovely lady named chrissy. she helped me with everything i needed and made sure my drink was perfect. what i did not appreciate was the person in the black shirt. looked like she was in charge. i noticed she was yelling at ppl and i don’t think that is an ok work environment for workers.chrissy was a 10/10 and i will return to have her serve me again

If you go to this Dunkin' expect a long line most often, a laissez faire approach to missing products, e.g. appropriate size straw and a woman who mans the drive thru with the WORST bedside manner I have seen. If you are going to serve customers do not snarl at them. I reluctantly went here today as it was close, but the experience remains the same. Slow, inefficient and snarly inevitably making the customer irritated. As a former Dunkin employee, I know the difference.
