Tried a variety of baked goods. A line formed, so when I realized my tea cake was inadvertently substituted with a brownie, it was too late. Brownie was very good however. All 4 pastries sampled were very good. Cute place!

Cakes are good. Customer service is terrible. Drove to the store today to order a custom cake. Woman at the counter was rude and told me she couldn't help and I had to order online. Something about inventory and new store policy, even though I've ordered in person many times. I asked if I was supposed to leave the store, go home, and order online from there. She said "that's the policy". I told her I was the customer and found it hard to believe I was being told nothing could be done to help take my order in person, and that I was supposed to leave! I asked if she could make an exception this time. Got a couple of huffs from her and sighs as she got a form. She made it seem like she was doing me a big favor taking my order! She was rather nasty insisting their policy was 7 days for a custom order. OK, I can understand that. But the attitude was unbelievable! Their products are good. Not great, but good. I like them. But the customer service is nasty. When was the last time you went to a store and they tried to turn you around to go home and do your business online? Yeah, me neither.

Stopped in Saturday morning for coffee and a treat. There was a lot going on and only a few places to sit but most people were getting things to go so it wasn't hard to snag a table. The seating area is cute but does get a little crowded when it's busy. I ordered a hot coffee and a lemon square. Both were delicious! The lemon square was the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Will definitely be back but will probably get things to go next time!

I ordered a custom cake for my son’s 6th birthday. I gave very general guidelines of how I would like it decorated and it came out better than I ever could have imagined! The custom cake service here is outstanding!

Concord Teacakes has been my go-to bakery for some time now. I work part time in a high school (math dept), and when students I've known for 4 years are turning 18, I want to show them I care.Recently, in the teacher lunchroom, a teacher walked in with this cake my wife got for me to celebrate my own birthday.Now, my co-workers understand why, as a cake snob, I don't go anywhere else. This was a carrot cake, and to say it was wonderful would be an understatement.This bakery will continue to be a tradition to help celebrate these milestones.

I stopped in today while waiting for my partner who had a local appointment and was glad I did! I got two vanilla chai teas, a bagel with chive and onion cream cheese and two triple chocolate cupcakes to share. All were very good and the service was pleasant and prompt! It looked like a nice spot to sit and enjoy my treats but I had to head out. I hope to be in the area again to try more of the delicious looking baked goods!

I can’t believe this place got good reviews! I bought a small vanilla birthday cake ($26!) and it was so overly sweet it was inedible! Horrible. Nobody could eat it. We had to throw it out. I could’ve made a better cake from a mix.

I would highly recommend Concord Teacakes!We got two cakes, a sheet cake and a smash cake, for my daughters first birthday and the cakes were absolutely perfect! The decorations were amazing, and exactly what I asked for and the cakes were delicious. Lisa was great to work with thought out the ordering process. Amazing!
