Coffee is great! Food is great! The service is really good. This place is rarely crowded so you don't have to worry about a line. The owner has music going so you have something to listen to. I would recommend this place if you need coffee, boba, tea or just a nice snack. There is a lot to pick from.

I’ve been meaning to go here for forever and I’m so happy I finally did. Everything always sounds so good from what I’ve seen their FB page or from what friends have shared but the bubble tea is what really made me finally go. I got a lavender combo (forgot what the other flavor was) and my husband got the coconut mango combo and both were so delicious. I’m addition to the beverages and pastries we bought being excellent, so was the customer service! The folks behind the counter (3 of them) were very friendly and were personable like it wasn’t just “hi and have a nice day” they were acknowledging my little one and just exchanging friendly conversation which always is just a little more special when visiting an establishment. The atmosphere was also very cozy and quiet. A place I was even going to recommend to a friend who writes to maybe go sit at and enjoy a coffee and pastry while she jots down some ideas for her work. Definitely will be back again!

Hidden little gem of a coffee shop. They had a lot of fun latte flavors. I ended up getting a turtle cheesecake latte and it was delicious. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

Truly one of the best hidden jewels in Pittsfield it's literally underground in another shopping mall. Go down a flight of stairs just has a tiny sign out front on the wall go down the flight of stairs it's right there. It's a full-service coffee shop with lattes and creamers and homemade baked pastry, they sell all their own coffee right there by the pound, as well as a teas and they also have K cups. The service name was Emily she was wonderful explained everything how stuff works and everything and what the taste differences are. What was nice was if they had a Brewed flavored coffee that day was like I believe is called lemon, blueberry, blueberry lemon, it was delicious. We also had it with a homemade lemon muffin, which from the top right to the last bite, was tons of lemon taste. I'm only here in the Berkshires for a week after coming in from New York and stop there just to grab a coffee because I yelped it and on my yelp page that's what it came up with. I was like OK I called they said yeah, we have fruit flavored coffee. I went down and checked it out. It was a little hard to find, but it was well worth the search. If you were at the plaza where it's located, there is a Goodwill store And in between the Goodwill and the GameStop, there's a flight of stairs going down and that's where you have to go down. It also has an elevator for those that need handicapped accessibility. I won't get back there again this trip but the next time I come into town I will definitely go over there and have coffee. The only downside I found was that it only had seating inside the shop several couches, benches tables and chairs. Very decorative nice selection of gifts. We did buy some stickers for gifts for people. The only thing I wish it would've had was maybe outside seating. but doesn't that just the best place ever quiet calm relaxing there's a few other shops on the same floor there's like a Health Place couple of hair salons , a secondhand consignment shop and a crystal shop so it has a nice selection of shops down below, along with their coffee, store and business.
Decent coffee in a strange location. I was certain that the directions to this place were wrong, because it seemed like there was no way a good coffee shop would be in a strip mall. And it sort of isn't. It's... underneath the strip mall. I had actually given up on finding it and decided to go looking for the running store which was nearby, and when I opened the door to the underground mall, I instantly smelled coffee. This would be a good place to go if you don't want to be found...

My favorite coffee shop in Pittsfield. Coffee is fantastic, can get quality beans to go, and the owner is incredibly nice. Definitely worth checking out.

Coffee is all stars but shelf price labeling is not. Picked 12oz bag of coffee labeled $11. The second 12oz bag was not labeled. At the POS no receipt, no price on the bag, nor verbal total price confirmation provided, so I didn't learn until I got home that I paid $40 for one bag and $13 not $11 for the other. Paying $11-$13 is acceptable for good coffee, but $40 is not.

I really enjoy visiting here. The service is very friendly and the coffee is great! My family especially loves the espresso blend. It is a quaint and cozy place to visit with a friend over a cup of coffee. I will be back again soon!
