They have very poor customer service. When I opened the packages of fresh produce, I realized that the quality was very bad. When I called, the customer service representative was not helpful and did not do anything to provide a refund.

They have a phone number for the club and it rings a fast busy for days now. I am trying to find out what time the Optometrist takes their lunch break as the past couple of times they were "out to lunch". I was told they take a 1/2 hour break and was there for an hour and nobody came back. Not answering the phone or even having the recording working is frustrating.

they need to put a leash on the third party, sales people. They shadow you as you walk around the store. They don’t take no for an answer until you actually threaten. I should not be harassed while I grocery shop.

This location seriously has the rudest employees of any big box store. Every employee acts like they hate their job and daily question their life choices and hate the customer too. The produce is always on its last leg as well. I loathe having to come here. Costco is a million times better than BJ's.

The gas prices being is under $4 is the biggest draw, even if you have to wait a bit to get it. I mostly come here to buy gas and large cases of sparkling water here in that order. Sometimes they have great deals on random things but since it's just me I rarely need huge food things.

Truck driver here. Delivered like 20 pallets of water here on 10/25. The receiving employees were quick and got me out in about 45 minutes
