I work a lot and was in the mood for a nice cup of coffee, while waiting for my stunning date to come out restroom I was greeted by a welcoming duet seating area by the fire . I ordered a cafe au lait as well my date . Fernando was very personal , charming and was full of smiles . Have been here a few times and it never disappoints! The sandwiches especially are great. Though their chai latte needs some work. I love the atmosphere and it is definitely a great place to hangout / study away from the busy mall. Service is also amazing, very polite and speedy. Will come again!

Bad customer serviceBad management The manager Chris was very rude saying my daughter couldn't eat her food that she bought in the food court, inside cafe Nero while I was eating in there. He explained his reasoning saying that if anyone were to get sick in his location (my daughter due to her outside food), Border Health would give them consequences but this place wasn't the cleanest anyways. When I asked him if he was telling us that we had to eat separately and for me to leave her by herself he said "you can both leave". I am not saying that he's right or wrong in this but he just doesn't know how to treat a customer kindly.

I can't even suggest room for improvement in this place. You guys are kinda perfect. Literally the best hot chocolate I've ever had. That pistachio cake was out of this world. My dad loves this place now. The service is excellent. Please keep it up guys ?

I ordered a simple pomegranate tea. Why did it taste like she added 27 pumps of the flavoring used for the drink. I come to caffe Nero all the time for tea. This was the worst tea I’ve tasted in a very long time. I asked for unsweetened, but somehow it tasted like she dumped the entire mixer into the drink. Your employees aren’t trained to make tea, be careful with the hot foods. might set the place on fire

The coffee is Luke warm, the Pain Au Chocolate was stale, the floors had not been swept in a week. The entry way has last falls leaves crushed into carpet. No selection for pastries.Paint is chiping off the wall.Tables are not clean.Very poor showing for Cafe Nero.
