Cakes for occasions were absolutely amazing! The cake they made for my wife for her birthday was stunning!They were accommodating with my quick timeline!The cake was so beautiful and tasted So great! We highly recommend them and will be back for the next occasion when we need a cake!

Poor customer service. Rude employees. Cakes not ready when promised. Ignored details provided on order which specified what was to be written on cakes and didn't even write happy birthday on cakes. Act like they are doing you a favor by letting you order from them vs valuing you as a customer. Much better options in the area. Will never recommend or use this business for an event in the future. Stay far away.

This used to be my go to place for all occasions. Admittedly I moved out of state for the last 8 years. So I guess things really do change. I ordered my husband birthday cupcakes through the website as directed 3 days in advance of picking up. I arrived at my specified pickup time and my order was not correct. I did make them correct the flavor of the cupcakes since I paid extra for them to be all the same flavor. Next, the simple requested birthday message wasn't written. I was passed off onto someone else who did the writing and as one can see in the picture it was written poorly not what you would expect of a high end bakery. It was also written with Sharpie. Not sure when they changed from writing in frosting. The frosting that was done on the 6 cupcakes that were changed out were done without care and present as such. I was disappointed and was told by the person behind the counter that she "didn't have the patience" when I expressed my disappointment and unsatisfaction with my order. With that, I won't return.

My Dad surprised me with my first cake 3 years ago ... It was fabulous. The moist cake & the creamy frosting ... it isn't too sweet ... it's Fantastic!

We ordered the 8" Build Your Own Vanilla Buttercream Frosted Vanilla Cake with 1 White Bouquet of Sugared Flowers for our wedding. The flavor of the cake was amazing, both the frosting and the cake itself. It was the best cake I have ever had. The presentation of the cake was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. The process of ordering was simple and easy through their website as well as the pickup process. We will be back again for purchasing birthday cakes, etc. Highly recommend!! Thank you!

They seem to be Closed all the time. I went on two different Saturdays and they were closed. I did see them recently featured on the news but very surprised they were not wearing mask making cupcakes for the public

We ordered the unicorn cake for our girl and it did not disappoint at all- it was beautiful and delicious with two golden layers and a chocolate one in the middle! I will never use this business again. I ordered a 90th birthday cake for my mom and they put the wrong name on it! Also didn't have the flourless chocolate ganache cake I ordered, I had 5 people with celiac attending. They did give me a smaller cake and said I was lucky to get that. And were rude (except for the man trying to help me) beyond belief. The cake decorator was yelling at me, as though somehow it was my fault! I ordered on line a week before, called twice to make sure the order was correct. It was not!

The website said it was very strict with pick up times due to covid which I respect. I walked in at my exact pic up time and the man was so rude he could not find my order and passed me off to a different person and helped someone else. Needless to say. Their sat his cake NOT decorated or at all ready. Just cake. They told me that I needed to not stress and just deal with it and they felt sorry for me if I was that upset that they didn't have the cake even close to being done. Thanks cakes for occasion for ruining my husband's 50 th. You should be ashamed

I have to give thanks to Cakes for Occasions for their creative cake ideas. I recently had my daughter's 7 birthday party and I got the cake pops and cake rockets as substitute for cake and cupcakes. It was very COVID-free friendly. It was the BEST choice and everyone loved them!

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter 5 days in advanced, when to pick up and owner said she forgot to make it... Not sure how this happens. Instead of using any semblance of customer service, she advised to me get something else or leave. Been a customer for over the past 5 years and now will never go back.
