My go-to cafe in Danvers and Beverly. The prices are the best, the coffee and food is delicious and the owners are so sweet!

Though the coffee and food are both excellent, you’ll only get a glimpse of Kaffmandu Coffee House’s best feature if you order to go. If you have the opportunity to settle into this warm and welcoming spot for a spell, you’ll get to see the owner, Om, in action. That’s where you’ll experience the kind of service rarely encountered, but always guaranteed to make you smile. Whether behind the espresso machine or restocking the fridge, Om calls out to welcome every guest, calling regulars out by name. When your coffee is up, he’ll again call out to you personally and send you off with well wishes for the day. What more can you ask for to start your day?Kid-friendliness: I got to see Om, the owner, engage , with a regular’s child. Top marks for making both dad and son feel special and very, very welcome.

Really good prices for organic and fair trade coffee. Cappuccino was nice and fluffy and perfect amount of sweetness. Such a cute place!

Such a welcoming, hospitable, delightful surprise! I’m a long time resident too used to the good places I frequent. Out of town guests found this gem!Best scones in town! (Taste like A&J King!!) Great lattes. My food-fussy guests raved about their sandwiches. And (it was an off- hour so there were still some empty tables or else we wouldn’t have lingered) ) they let us have a wonderful lengthy uninterrupted reunion there….good friends who hadn’t been together in too long.Outstanding place and gracious, lovely, smiling!, plentiful staff. Thank you!!!Vegetarian options: More variety than many larger places.Dietary restrictions: Plenty of vegetarian options. ( And I am one.)Parking: Parking was found close by…but it can be difficult downtown. I think local businesses should be exempted from paid parking.,They’re a huge financial asset to our city without exacting this annoying small revenue from their patrons.
Service was good and coffee was great but the $20 I spent on muffins was not worth it - unfortunately. They were extremely dry yet the paper bags were greasy?

Went here for a sandwich and coffee. Bad experience. It was the worst tuna sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Cheap tuna on a plain bagel, tasted like cat food - nothing else on it. Not the way I ordered it. Also ordered and paid for a sausage cheese roll. They didn’t give it to me. I went back and they gave me something else, a spinach cheese roll, but I didn’t realize it till I left. The coffee was just okay. I honestly believe they intentionally screwed up the order because I tipped 5%. 5% is generous for a takeout place with zero service.

A few small chairs and tables are along the sidewalk. Inside, it had that friendly neighborhood spot vibe that almost overcomes the dated but not yet quaint decor. Suggest the Irish cream coffee if that's your jam. Many coffee flavors and options adorn the wall—traditional baked goods for breakfast fare.Dietary restrictions: Despite that 1976 vibe, you will find dairy-free coffees, oat, almond, and coconut milk.
