My visit to this McDonald’s location was quite pleasant. The staff were very friendly, and the fries were served nice and hot. The McFlurry had just the perfect amount of cookies mixed in, and the double cheeseburgers were perfectly garnished. If you're craving McDonald’s and happen to be in the area, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

Sara is rude and unprofessional. How she holds a “manager” title is absolutely pitiful. Take some classes on how to better interact with your customers little girl. Bruno on the other hand is always pleasant and a hard worker. Give that man a raise already!!!

I went here to get my niece a happy meal and a girl was picking her nose then touched my niece food I am a gm at a fast food restaurant and that is unacceptable and gross she should know better and she should be fired just imagine how many people’s food she touches after picking her nose uncalled for and it’s gross

Drive thru was completely blocked by a loading truck, so I placed an order on their stupid app to have my order brought up by curbside. 10-15 minutes later, I go inside and my order was just sitting on the counter. I'm never going to this mcdonald's ever again.

Don't remember much I was doing uber eats deliveries, so I was out in about 5 minutes.

drove up to the drive through speaker and many red flags appeared. for starters, 2 guys were speaking to us at the exact same time. very confusing for an old folk like me. second, they quote that the ice cream machine was broken when i went to get 2 ice cream cones, but when i said i was going to leave and not purchase anything else, they offered us a milkshake. how the booty hole are they supposed to make a milkshake without the ice cream? baffles me to this day.

Had to repeat my order 4 times . That should have given me the first clue things were not going well.Unfortunately the orders are never taken correctly therefore when you get back to your destination you have paid good money with nothing to show for it.Perhaps more training and better management would help.I went 2 weeks ago and ordered 3 Happy Meals with chicken nuggets. 2 had the little prize one didn’t. One had 2 FF.How do you explain that to little children?It was frustrating.I paid over $20.00 for the order … people should start asking for the money back.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich at the North Beverly McDonald. It was 1 chicken nugget not a chicken patty a nugget with sauce one and the rest was the bun. I will never go to another Mcdonald
