Not uncommon for them to get your order mixed up with someone else’s in the drive-thru. A lot of the staff struggles with English, so the language barrier makes communication difficult.
I got charged for the wrong order and then the store manager gived me a refund and was very kind and then I got my food the fry’s were hot and my cheese burger was good just as I ordered it!

Went in for a quick dinner during the week. The dining room was very clean. Every surface was spotless. Service was moderate, we were the only one in the dining hall and a few cars in the drive thru and it took about 10 minutes to get our meal.
