I am appalled, it had never occurred to me that it was even possible to be this disrespectful to customers when it is the staffs fault. A simple solution just had to turn into a massive ordeal. It was painfully obvious the attitude of the manager and the workers that night; there was no attempt to solve the situation, at multiple times the drive through window was slammed shut on us so they could stop talking to us. Unbelievable.

Absolutely horrific service. They messed up our order and refused to fix their mistake despite being given proof and the receipt. We tried to go back through the drive through to order again and even pay again, but they refused to give us our items despite telling us they would. Then after asking if we could have it, they threatened to call the police on us multiple times. Nightmare of a drive through.

Genuinely the worst experience I have ever had in fast food in my entire life. They messed up my order which is fine. The real problem was when I requested my missing food the staff were extremely rude to me. Initially they tried to ignore me, eventually when I asked for my food they said that they put it in the bag which they did not, and said they would call the cops on me. I’m in awe of how rude people can be to a customer whose order they messed up. Additionally, the manager was the absolute worst, please fire her. She is the one who threatened to call the cops on me and was yelling at me to leave and was saying she didn’t mess up which she did.

Excellent Double Cheeseburger and tasty frys. Hey remember when you could get a double cheeseburger for 1 buck. That was when 5 dollars would get u a feast on the dollar menu. Then it was the McDouble which is a double cheeseburger with half the cheese. CRAZY!!, UNDER 10 DOLLARS I got 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. Pretty sad what can happen in a decade. I didn't get a drink cause I needed gas

They charged me forty nine cents for the cheese I ordered for my crispy sandwich which is the only thing that makes this sandwich edible. Shocker…. They didn’t put cheese near, in or on my sandwich. For the price of coming here you could go to a any sit down restaurant and get food that’s ordered and made correctly. I will not be coming back in this lifetime. For $18 for a meal you can do better for your money.
