By far the worst experience, we waited by the register for about 20 minutes all employees were looking at us no one asked if we needed help, so we decided to go to the kiosk and make the order ourselves. We thought this was all but beside the unpleasant customer service and how we were ignored, we ordered a cappuccino we got some extra milk latte tasted like cold flavored milk. The croissant was stale and old. Very disappointed at this location. If registers are closed please put a sign if your employees aren’t used to dealing with humans.

Horrible customer service I was told to pick up my Uber eats at the pick up section. It is on the Uber Eats app and when I asked an employee if I’m supposed to pick it up there I got a head nod. I waited 10 minutes to pick up my order and finally went to the front and saw my order there. Uber and DoorDash pick ups are all different and we rely on the app to give directions on where to pick up these orders, if the instructions are incorrect we are left to ask the employees and if the employees are incorrect, this delays our pick up process so it is very important to put a sign there or put your directions correctly on the app on where to pick up these orders. If you’d like to provide your customers with hot delicious food, then putting a sign where their orders can be picked up is completely necessary especially for gig workers. Even if the pick up orders are always at the front this was not relayed to me by the employee at the pick up area and not relayed to me on the app.

Awful people. I ordered via Door Dash who appropriately picks up a sealed order and delivers it. I open it and half of my order is missing. I call Panera as it is their mistake not Door Dash's and they tell me they can't help me. When I ask to speak to a manager the associate puts the phone down, walks away and no one comes back. 25 min later and $25 later I hung up the phone. Door Dash righted the wrong by bringing me the correct order but Danvers Panera you are awful. Never again.

I travel for work so I go to a lot of panera locations and I can comfortably say this is the worst. The pump in the charged lemonade is broken so there's a massive clump of fermenting pulp sitting at the bottom of the container (this can be had for $5 for a large cup). The floor in front of the machines is so incredibly sticky I have to MARCH through the store to avoid getting stuck. It may be so sticky because their large lids don't fit the large cup so I'd imagine spills are fairly common! I think I'll be going to Dunkin' while I'm here even though I'm a sip club subscriber.

It used to be good. They always forget something or miss something that was part of the order. The past 3 times I’ve gone there’s always something wrong with the order. Very frustrating.

This is a newer Panera. Visited on a Saturday morning, 8am. Only 3 other tables. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Both were as expected taste wise. Unlike other Panera's this place does not have a microwave.

I saw bread fell from the shelve on the floor. The lady making good was busy working alone and the guy came picked up breads and put it back in the bread bag. I think this is gross. Would he eat the bread that sat on the dirty floor? Why is not considering about other human?I like the place and food but thought I would write review so this does not happen

Used kiosk ( wasn't working correctly so i went to the other kiosk and placed order to diine in. I waited 10 minutes for my bagel and asked where my order was, thinking it would be plated. Instead. I was directed to a paper bag on the counter. The bagel was tasty but the service was less than pleasant. I always have a meal at this Panera before i attend a movie( 1-2x a week) and enjoy the menu but service is key to retaining my loyalty.

I have never seen a coworker be so rude to another coworker and to customers. This woman told her coworker to not talk to her and was so rude to him- asking him what he wants with an attitude. Then gave us an attitude as well. I will not be returning and I will be calling corporate.

Please spare yourself the pain. I visited this establishment earlier this month and ordered a bowl of mac & cheese. I only consumed a small fraction of it due to not being very hungry however a couple hours after I experienced the worst stomach pain ever. When I was walking I felt I would faint and as if I had been drugged, I have no underlying medical issues and take no medication in case you're wondering. I do not recommend visiting Panera, please steer clear.

The Panera location provides average sandwiches inside the Liberty Tree Mall. I had the chicken sandwich, which was pretty good. Service was prompt in a weekday evening.

Ordered a bowl of chicken soup and got what looked more like cup size in a bowl. Never again! What a rip off..
