This location has amazing ice cream.Im a big ice cream guy and have tried tons of places in the north shore but this place is my #1. They package everything nice always spoons and napkins always included.

A huge thanks to Cookie Monstah for the ability to rent out one of their trucks for our daughter’s and son-in-law’s Welcome Party the night before their wedding, Memorial Day weekend. They allowed for them to make their own combinations of ice cream cups/cookies and to name them - the names were based on the neighborhoods where they had lived in the North End. The service was great and the ice cream and cookies were top-notch! Thanks to Janelle for all her help in making this such a special occasion!

Great except if you show up at 8:55pm they will not make you a cookie quake because they close in 5 minutes and it takes them not even 5 minutes to make

Cookies are good ,Prices are reasonable, people are friendly enough. Excellent choices year round. Certainly a better pound for pound value than the flashier place down the street.

I don't understand all the hype. My sandwich was two stale, crumbling cookies with generic tasting ice cream shoved in-between. I've made better sandwiches at home. No way were my cookies fresh. Nice employees though. But won't be back.

I am typically not a cookie fan but the day my coworker brought these divine cookies into the office, it changed everything. I had the chocolate chip and the sugar cookie and I cannot tell you how AMAZING they are. I would travel from Quincy to Danvers for these, that’s how good they are.

What a treat!Since then I recently ordered from their website and made a custom order which the team delivered on without a sweat at all. Shoutout to Valerie from shipping and their social media team for hooking it up. I can't recommend them enough from all of the cookie flavors to ice cream pairings (Richardson's ice cream, double win).Top three cookies for me are easily the red velvet cookie, the chocolate chunk, and (limited time) oatmeal coconut.
