Service was Terrible! The Food was terrible! Placed an order for a family of 4 in a not so busy restaurant. Get this It took 1 hour and fifteen minutes for steak tips, a Flatbread pizza, chicken tenders, and a cheese burger. The order also came out cold! The two other families around me also had their meals come out unacceptably late. One actually walked out and a family member stayed behind to request the food be boxed up. The staff ignores you and hides away in a corner and never once acknowledge that a simple order is taking forever. Avoid this place and go elsewhere for a meal. Your family will thank you! You think dining in is a convenience and you end up being sorely mistaken.

I stayed at the hotel this is located in. I was alone , so I sat at the bar, as there were many families with children. The bartender Sarah was very nice and handled the bar well. The menu of food is decent and I had the hamburger. I don’t have hamburger away from home often, so it was a treat and delicious. I substituted fries with roasted potatoes and they were delicious. Prices were mid-level and I’d eat there again.

Should have got the hint when we were the only patrons there. The Steak was grizzly, more well done than medium. Coleslaw was past its expiration date. Chips were the only thing worth eating of the Fish and chips. Expensive meal we couldn't eat. Service was nice but that's it.

This is an okay option for food, but the service is not great. I visited here recently during an event at the Doubletree. I recalled that I had been here a handful of times before when I'd get massages at the spa, and forgot why I stopped coming. The food is decent and the bartenders are great, but it takes the kitchen a ridiculously long time to make anything. In fact, it would take less time to drive somewhere else, eat, and return than eating here. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and asked for chipotle mayo on the side. It took them about 15 minutes after serving the food because they brought out plain mayo first, so I had to wait awhile to eat. We waited over 50 minutes for food, even though there were only about 3 tables and 3 couples at the bar.ambiance: 4/5food: 2.5/5service: 2/5 (I think there's a problem in the kitchen rather than waitstaff/bartenders)Tradewinds: 2/5I would come here as a last resort. If you have all of the time in the world, then this may be a good restaurant for you.

We had a positive dinner experience this evening. The food was good and there were big portions all around. The waiter was attentive and pleasant. The food was reasonably priced and came in a timely manner. No complaints!

Would be zero stars if possible. Management doesn't have a clue how to gauge a line. We waited well over an hour to be seated. Never got seated. They were saying kitchen was backed up but people were placing to go orders and receiving them in 20 min. Horribly run. If you stay in this hotel order Uber eats or go to a nearby place to eat

Ate here several nights in a row as I was staying at the hotel for a conference. The staff was very friendly and correct, service was fast. I did not expect too much after reading the reviews but everything I had was really tasty and portions were generous. I highly recommend this place!

They have tableside service for coffee and the most-delicious fried potatoes. I'd also never tried agave syrup on waffles; it's delicious.
This is my first time visiting TradeWinds and we will not be returning. The overpriced steak was severely over-cooked and the service was terribly unprofessional.
