Waiting 40 minutes for ice cream? Wild. Hire more staff!

Me and my family went and there was not a line thank god and the food was fast but I will say the staff didn't make much eye contact and showed they didn't care that much and didn't want to be there I can understand why a little when there are three staff workers and only one was running the place and the other two was in the back near the door where you can see inside just chillin' and only went to help when more people started to show up. If I had to say what was needed for improvement is teamwork and treating the customers and making them feel like they are being heard and welcomed, for example smiling and having a positive attitude and voice tone and saying welcome when people enter. I will say the one worker who was doing the online orders and our orders was a great worker I just wish she could have gotten some help there.

I'm standing in line now. Waiting and waiting and waiting. And waiting. Very slow. Long wait either need more staff or faster people at there jobs. Seen maybe people pull up look at line and leave. Line hasn't moved in 10 minutes. (Update line still hasn't moved) going to Friendly right now the street.

It was my first time at this location and several years since being at a Coldstones. There were 20 people in line in front of me and my husband. About 5 minutes of the line not moving I decided to order online. I ordered a love it very berry in a waffle cup. My husband ordered a love it very vanilla shake. The order was to be ready for pickup at 9. At 9:05 I went to the order pickup counter to ask about my order. The girl apologized and said they were behind in orders because they had a new girl working. My order was ready at 9:18. What a joke! The size of the ice cream was about 1 cup. The berries were frozen. My husband's 16 oz milk shake tasted horrible. $18+ for garbage that we waited 40 minutes for. I'm surprised this place still exists.

Friendly enough staff. Sticky tables if you stay to eat and ice cream mostly mixed with toppings, but felt like a lot was just on the top.

I went here for the first time and the ice cream is good but the staff are miserable they are so rude I couldn't believe how they treated the customers I am never going there again.

Ordered a vanilla ice cream peanut butter sauce with peanut butter cups creation, got a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream with a spoonful of peanut butter on top not mixed whatsoever. Online pick up was also awkward as hell, standing under the sign while they don’t even make eye contact or greet you waiting 10 minutes just to find out my ice cream was sitting behind them they just needed to hand it to me

We ordered $34 of ice cream on door dash (medium size and small or so we thought) and got kiddie cups! Barely any toppings. Never again! Your company shouldn’t be allowed to do this to customers. In person or delivery.. should all be the same.

There's always something wrong here. They're missing half the flavors, their blenders don't work, they just don't do a good job. Not to mention their terrible attitudes.

Honestly what's the appeal.. it takes so long to get your ice cream esp if you're getting a few different kind for the family and it really isn't all that great. Been twice and never had the urge to go back again

I ordered a cake that they said would be done by 1 p.m. I arrived at 2:30 they said it would be done soon. When I asked how long the genius in the front said “I don’t know’. Sucks that companies are hiring the most useless people in the world these days.

They play games with the stock level of the dairy free ice cream. Dude stock dairy free or the silk or stop offering it. Employees are polite though

Workers would rather be in the back on their phone than in the front doing their actual job of serving people lol girl was so pressed to not do her job that she barely even listened to our order… and ended up making products we didn’t even ask for ??? Also they would rather be stubborn and do their own orders than share taking the same groups order, makes cashing out confusing— why is the group that was behind me paying and leaving meanwhile I still haven’t gotten my order ??? Poor decision making from this staff, c’mon. At least the ice cream is consistent.
