3rd time they messed up my order. And it wasn't busy.

Placed a mobile order, waited over 15 minutes in line. They continued answering the other speaker, not ours, yet both were open. Ridiculous.

Big new place that wasn't necessarily dirty but there were a concerning amount of flies in the store including gnats that make me question the food storage and really put me off my

Ridiculous wait time. Maybe two lanes at the drive thru wasn’t a good idea. Was picking up a mobile order. Cars were coming through the right drive thru lane way after myself and others were sitting in the left drive thru lane. They continuously took their order without switching back to the other lane, making the wait longer. Ended up having to go inside to just grab my stuff that way. Which is what I’ll just do from now on since the drive-thru is too much of a hassle. When I left, the cars in the left drive thru lane were still in the same spot. I’m unsure if they just didn’t want to help the person in the left lane, but others shouldn’t have to wait just because of that.

Especially since they have cameras at newer Dunkin's to see who is in the drive-thru. There's no way nobody saw the person in front of me waiting while they were taking orders in the other drive-thru lane instead, making us who were behind this person in the drive-thru wait for no reason.

My order is always correct and my Coffee & Lattes always taste great. I've shyed away from many other Dunkins in the past unless I have little other choice while on the run... and often get what I had expected, but I've yet to encounter any disappointment here, so they are clearly mastering the art of delivering good service! Well done, indeed!

WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Make sure you greet them to actually begin your interaction or you'll just stand there all day. When I walked in a customer was already being helped at the donut case. I waited for her to finish ordering and then I stepped over and in front of the case once she finished and moved over to pay at the register. She paid, left, and employees moved about appearing to be taking care of drive thru orders. I say that because I was the only customer inside. Many made eye contact with me, but nobody said hi or asked if I was ready. Eventually two of the employees stepped in front of the registers and simply stood there (about two steps away). Again, eye contact is made and then they look away. I finally ask if I have to come over there to place an order and the man simply says "yeah". At this point the other employee walks away.So I step over to him and say "hi can I order some donuts".He asks what I want and I step back to the donut display to ask a question about the donuts. He stays at the register and tells me I can tell him what I want at the register. Apparently he can't move nor hear me from two steps away.So I ask if the munchkins in the display were all they had and he says yeah. I say ok, I want to buy the remaining chocolate and cinnamon munchkins. He proceeds to stay at the register and ask what size box I want. I say once again I want to buy the rest and I don't know how many are in the case.Seriously, the piles of cinnamon and chocolate munchkin donuts weren't very big. Maybe around 30 to 40 each. But it was very clear at this point he wasn't really listening and not interested in working.I originally wanted a signature latte for myself and some chocolate munchkins for my daughter. While waiting I decided to also get 6 donuts and cinnamon munchkins. I left with only 10 chocolate munchkins because I refused to let my daughter down. I promised her some chocolate munchkins and I refused to let this negative experience affect me enough that would cause me to let her down. But there was no possible way I was going to interact with this person any longer than I had too.I realize that the real issue is that I had an expectation of a minimal level of professional customer service. But when that is not present, it's not the individual employee's fault. This is an allowed behavior, a reflection of management vs leadership. There is probably a good manager at this establishment, but this employee was hired, trained and placed in a customer service position. Many other employees were present as well during this interaction. Nobody intervened. This is most likely a case of business being driven by demand for the product and tolerance of "good enough".I'll be fine never going back to this place. I only share my experience so anyone interested enough to read this will know what might happen to them as well.
