I’ve been coming to this location for quite a while now and always order my large hot decaf latte with almond milk. Since a month or two they have a new lady working the drive through.. if I’m not mistaking her name tag says Lori.C.. she has been one of the best things that happened to that location. She’s not only fast and sharp, but she has a good sense of humor, always smiles and is great with her costumers. I work in the hospitality business and know how to treat costumers! The fact that after two times she remembered me and my drink says enough. A great addition to this Dunkin Donut location and I felt like sharing this.

the drive thru is really struggling, most employees will forget half of my order before getting annoyed with ME for sitting there and waiting for the rest of my order to be brought out. it’s so much better with kayla at the window. put her there more!

My experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts was very pleasant. I had ordered a large, midnight rose coffee. They ran out of the mid midnight roast so the lady upgraded it free of charge to an espresso.
I appreciate great service. The team serving was great today.

The service is slow but understandable because buisness doubled cause of the coffee shop next door closing. But 1 big problem that everyone complains about the place is below freezing inside. It's probably all of 50's in temp. Customers are hanging outside with their coffees .
The line is always long/ slow so decided to go in.I ordered drink/ sandwich with a offer but was sure the amount rang up incorrect.When I advised cashier she told me it was correct,then I ask for receipt and indeed it was wrong.I noted to her it was probally because it did not scan.She began to get flustered as the man next to me noted he was running late so I went over to get my sandwich, came back and she rang him up wrong.When we both politely noted we were late for work she called over co-workers,stated to me "its not our fault your late to work".Needless to say it went from bad to worse.Lets just say as someone who goes to DD several times a week,I will be driving to another store. Rudeness = loss of customers.

Takes absolutely FORRRREVERRRR!!!!! There could be NOT A SOUL inside, yet 6 cars in the drive thru that hasn't moved in 15 min & that's exactly how long I waited both last week & this week when I had the misfortune of HAVING to stop at this one. I left the line last week, went to Sunrise, was 5th & still got out before the guy in front of me still in line at DD ?

A week ago when I came to this location because I work up the street from it so it's convenient but the last time i went it was the longest drive thru wait ever literally almost 20 minutes or more but my coffee was good , just need to work on the wait at drive thru !!!

Well today is Thanksgiving and I got my coffee when I checked by bank acct it said Dunkin said it's the 27th on my bill but it's the 24th...
