My friends and I had a wonderful double date here. Fun and interactive. It was our first time. We definitely will all be back again and our waitress Ning was wonderful. She explained how everything worked and how to cook it all. 10 out of 10 will be back again.

I can't rate the food as unfortunately I didn't get that far. We saw the hot pot place while adventuring Dartmouth today and we were excited to try something new! I'm vegetarian and have a serious seafood allergy so after reviewing the menu online we decided to call to get some more information. I specifically asked the man on the phone if it was individual pots per person he said yes and if it was going to be okay cross contamination wise with my seafood allergy. He assured me it would be fine. Upon entering youre hit with wall of fish smell which obviously isn't something that can be controlled and I can tolerate that. We were greeted by three teenagers running the desk who did greet us quickly they sat us however it was right next to the buffet which has no coverings and shellfish mixed in with all the other food. The table we were sat at was dirty and we were given dirty plates. We decided that this wasn't going to be safe due to the obvious cleanliness issues before even seeing food. We were really excited and this was ultimately disappointing and we left unfortunetly before being greated.Dietary restrictions: I wouldn't trust anything to be safe with allergies or vegetarian.

We came here as fans of both hot pot and Korean BBQ. First time there was opening week and the review would have been very different. They have definitely made noticeable improvements to service and better equipped to handle the volume. Their biggest strength is that they do both offerings very well. The food is very good and the variety is enough to make anyone happy. The spicy items actually have a kick and aren't spicy in name only. The broths for hot pot are good. No real complaints at all. They are also very attentive to your grill and will swap out the messy grill top before you have to ask. Also, an empty plate won't sit at your table long at all. They clear those out about as quickly as you set them down. The only con is that the waitress, different from the people who swap grates and clean empty plates, can get overwhelmed and be slow to check on you, replace drinks and get your check. Not all, but that part can be hit or miss. Overall, I'd say it's well worth your time to check them out.
