The employees were exceptionally helpful and kind; changes had to be made to my online order and the staff was more than accommodating. Upon entering, the environment was warm and inviting, I truly felt welcomed in the restaurant. The items I ordered - cinnabun crepes and some milkshakes were amazing and I’d definitely reccomend them. All in all: very impressed and satisfied with the Dartmouth Ihop’s service!

I guess the best time to go is 5pm on a Tuesday night. The food was amazing, the cook that was on was awake and alert. The servers were great too.

Most horrible service I have experienced. I went in to have an early dinner with my mother. Before she met me I asked for an application, I was told to go on indeed, as well as told a manager wasn’t present by the supervisor. The table and booths are sticky and are not wiped after the customers leave. When my mother said something to the supervisor she was told to move to another booth that hadn’t been cleaned either and then confronted by the manager that we had been told was not there. I told the manager that the table had not been well kept and she had told me “why do you want to eat at a dirty place anyway” then was told to leave because she doesn’t want to service people like us. Instead of fixing the issue, a scene was made and the manager blamed the customer to her lack of compentence in her job.

The wait staff was very attentive and courteous. I did a little homework as I ate breakfast. The place was crowded and a big turnaround on tables because separate cleaners that came out to bus the tables. Excellent in that part. Thank you!!!!
