I'm not one to want to eat in my car, or pick up at a drive thru and head home to eat. I like the food at Sonic and the staff is always pleasant. I think it's time to reopen the dining room for those of us that enjoy dining in at fast food restaurants. The dining room closed during the height of the COVID pandemic due to the emergency mandates. Those mandates have long been lifted and Sonic still hasn't opened their dining room.

Love using the app for deals especially for iced caramel coffees and breakfast items. I like that I can customize My coffee how I like it and pick up. Much better value than some other expensive coffee places.

Had a very very pay it Forward experience in the drive-thru the woman behind me had let me know that I have accidentally left my trunk opened one good turn deserves another not commenting for bragging rights in any sort just hoping that she would do the right thing and pay it Forward at some time or

Talk about get your simple order wrong then make u wait 30 mins , about 330 pm its dead
Cold wet bottle of water was packed in the bag directly on top of the fries. I asked why and was completely ignored and sent on my way with an emphatic " have a nice day". I called and they did swap them out for hot ones, but didn't appreciate the attitude. Seems reasonable to not want to eat cold wet fries.

Don't go here at night.. Ever... You will be trapped in a drive through with no escape for an hour. It's not a lack of staff, the people who work here are appear untrained in regards to how to prepare product or act professionally. They also don't know where their product is and are yelling at each other in front of customers. I ordered two big macs. One plain with Mac sauce the other no pickles. I pulled in at at 12:47AM and finally got to the window to receive my food at 1:47 AM. They still got the order wrong. They put the sticker on but it was a regular big mac with pickles. The one plain with mac sauce had no mac sauce. Also it was an almost lethal amount of salt. I don't know if this is malicious compliance or what but again, there is plenty of staff. It seems they cook to order at night simply to make everyone wait for long periods of time. Never going back.

We stopped at a rest stop on our way to MA. I just find at these rest stops that you pay more. The kids Happy Meals were $2.00 more than normal.
