So far i have been waiting a solid 10-15 minutes just to even be served and the service feels unwelcoming and we have been waiting for a bread refill like for christ sake these people get paid for this lol

Got a kids steak bite meal, Togo for my 8 year old for dinner, and to her disappointment when we opened it, it looked like someone's unfinished leftovers. Imaging ordering takeout and still having to make her something to eat afterward.

Texas Roadhouse is somewhere my family and I go often, we have never had any complaints until tonight. Decided to go out with family to celebrate their birthday and the waitress Colleen we had was very rude. She had an attitude upon arrival and was rude when we asked questions because of her failure to make us aware of different things. Waving receipts in peoples face, walking away during a conversation because she's frustrated, and much more. Texas Roadhouse would do much better without her. Other than that, the food was great and the manager my family spoke to there is great as well.

I ordered the precook meal for Easter and they gave me rolls that take 4 hours to proof. My kid was very disappointed.
