I've been going here since they have opened. This is hands down one of the best restaurants. Send a self shot so underrated the best sushi around super. Clean super friendly staff. Everything is over the top delicious. I wish I could give you 10 stars.
Food is always delicious! My favorite is the Hot Basil Fried Rice with Chicken and the Crab Rangoon. The Tempora is also very good. The best thing about 9th Monarch is the customer service! Especially now a days many places have none.

Get the crispy salmon roll, the dumplings, the sticky rice or the thai iced tea. I've gone here a couple of times and this place is ??. Only complaint is it's pricey so I don't go as often as I'd like to go. ??
