Went to the drive thru and grabbed a jr bacon cheeseburger Biggie bag and everything was perfect. Fries were hot and burger was fresh. I will definitely be back.

Go anywhere but here. The service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I went inside because the drive thru looked ridiculous. The inside wasn't any better. I should've ran when I had the chance. The guy taking my order was on the phone with someone. They were talking about someone's boyfriend. I ended up telling him I couldn't even think to order with that and he lowered the phone and muted it. The food is always just awful. Burgers are always cold and bread is dry and hard. The last time I said let's try it again and I waited inside in line for 10 minutes and not one person came over to take orders and I said I'm done. I'll never go back again because it's been like this for years. I went to Burger King up the road and I ordered and I got my food within 6 minutes.

To be fair, my review is based on the performance at 1:45 in the morning, that being saidThey had no Chili, frosties, coffee, which are the three things i always get, I instead got a spicy chicken, it was kind of cold when i got the food but again, its 1:45 so my expectations were non existent.

Ordered 1 chicken sandwich and 1 chicken sandwich combo through drive thru and they only gave me the combo and never rung up the separate sandwich. My wife and I parked in the parking lot to share the sandwich and French fries and found the sandwich was cold and the soda tasted like just carbonated water. They only had drive through but that doesn’t excuse poor food quality and service. Won’t go to this Wendy’s again
