I've never lost my appetite at a restaurant because it was so disgusting. I don't know where to begin. The floors were so sticky they almost took my shoes off, the walls, tables and all surfaces had grime all over them. Food was ok but this place is so so gross.

Person at the register had no clue on what type of burger bon they carry , or the type of drinks they have and whether they have sugar or not...now it is not like they have an extensive menu...thsi B Good are no like other I've been to....sorry

Awful. Awful. Salads mixed up, not sure how but they didn't match the menu. No water available to get a cup, have to buy a plastic bottle if you want water. The place is dirty. Very dirty. Doors smeary, outside tables really dirty. Did I mention dirty? Order taker said, that'll be $30....well it's $29.59 so same thing. Wtw? I understand that it's difficult to find employees these days but perhaps if the wages were increased and people were trained?! I'll not be returning to this B. Good.

This is my second bad order from B Good. The last time, i asked for extra aoli and my sandwich had none and the chicken was super dry. This time, all three burgers had burnt buns and the chicken was horribly dry. In short, the only thing they did right were the milkshakes. Very disappointed.

Oof. Not a good experience here/this time. I've been to b.good at other locations in the past and really loved the food. But this time, it was just awful. Not sure if it's supply chain stuff or what, but my burger looked like a frozen patty with almost no topping, my friend's avocado BLT wrap was similarly sparse, and the fries were undercooked and burnt at the same time. There are better ways to spend $25.

I was so hungry to get a burger that was not cooked all the way that is extremely pink and some French fries that were halfway cooked and extremely soggy now I’m starving I could’ve got sick eating this they basically almost gave me food poisoning this is disgusting I’m saving the food and because they are closed I have to wait to talk to a manager tomorrow

Found a pebble rock in my taco salad and and nearly chipped a tooth. How did a pebble rock end up in my taco salad? I tried to give this location another chance but after this experience, I'm officially done.Also, please don't send a response asking for a little more information because the pictures speak for itself.

Union Workers HUNGRY after a long day came in 20m before close and ordered 2 burgers and fries. Burger completely pink inside, burger extremely undercooked. Fries extremely undercooked!! Disappointed. Just moved to legacy place and have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile. NEVER go here
We ordered ahead via the app. Food was ready and delicious. Space was clean.

I usually come here and eat in restaurant and it’s not as bad as when you get takeout. I ordered 2 burgers and fries and a shake for a friend and it was just not up to par. I got there very shortly after I ordered and my food was already ready? When I got it home (which is a 10 minute drive) it was ICE cold. To the point that I had to reheat everything. And also, if I’m paying $50 for a few burgers and fries you’d expect more than 5 little chunks of lettuce on your burger. I understand it’s higher quality but there were only 7 French fries in one of the containers. Probably skip this location if you’re ordering takeout. They put in better effort when you’re eating in restaurant I’ve found at this location.

Staff was amazing and food was good. We tried veg burger and chicken sandwich. I tried salad too earlier and it was good. I like their farm vegetables. Only thing I won’t try again is their chocolate milk shake. It was watery and not tasty.
