Very bad drinks and bad attitude employees. He double charged me and not even say apologize. The drinks spilled everywhere on the cup not even cleaned it before hand it to the customer. Unprofessional! Never comeback again

This is one of my favorite cafe shopLove the astethics of this placeModeratly priced, good atmosphere and location.Free parking but you have to go in the plaza.Semi crowded when i went but didnt feel cramped actually felt really casual. Lpve tje book array, very tempted to read their collection.
Be prepared for long lines on the weekends. Kudos to the two baristas that were holding down the fort. Great place for a work meeting, studying or just socializing. Best hot chocolate. Lots of parking. Just a cool vibe.

Service and ambiance are the only reasons to come here. However, the seating is strange and too communal for my liking. The service was phenomenal. The sweetest baristas. The chai tea itself was underwhelming.

Library cafe, cool relaxing vibe! Got the winter blend coffee and chilled by the fire with some yummies from Whole Foods. The coffee was comforting, faintly spiced with a hint of orange/citrus to brighten it.
This was my usual spot to have a tea and pastry and get work done. Unfortunately, my most recent visit involved a mouse running around (after I had eaten a pastry from there) and a lack of concern by their employees. I get that rodents exist, but it’s more of an indication of the unclean conditions inside. Management should have more than two employees working in a big coffee shop like this one. There were also gnats and flies near the trash and condiments area. I will not be back!

There's a meeting room in this branch. So i went to sit, and use it since i had a meeting, and lost power at my apartment due to the storm. The barista comes over, charges me 50$ for sitting in there, and doesn't give me a receipt. She was very rude in demanding the 50$. Mind you, i had asked another barista to use it, and she said it was fine and didn't mention that I'd gave to pay for it.

Ordered to pick up. Spent about $20. Have no idea if it was any good because I was unable to park anywhere in Legacy Place for 20+ minutes on a weekend and decided to give up. This location will not answer their phone and their voicemail is full. I'm out $20 and a lost a little sanity too.Parking: 0 spots on a weekend. Drove around for 20 minutes in several lots. Gave up.
