Food is very good especially the seafood dishes - salmon, cod and pasta with clams are all highly recommended. Service was good but wait staff is not overly friendly but completely understand since many restaurants are busy and short on help. I would recommend this restaurant to friends.

We like the atmosphere of this small, quaint restaurant in Dedham center. The first time we ate there we thought the food was very good. This time it was just OK. They forgot the lemon and capers on my wife's (pricey) Branzino and my Sole was soaked in sauce. Our server was friendly but not quite attentive enough. For example, I asked for the beer menu and she totally forgot. For the money we spent, we expected more. Still, because there are good dishes on the menu (I recall the Salmon was good last time) I would recommend a try.

Very cozy restaurant with a warm atmosphere. Brendan was a great, friendly server and had great recommendations for the menu. Kathleen was very friendly and welcomed me at the door with awesome energy. The drink was phenomenal and the food was very filling and tasty, will be back soon!

Hostess took our table as we had waited 20 min for someone to identify themself as our waitperson. They were very understaffed but Stacy was worked very hard to pick up the slack. She was awesome.

I hate leaving a bad review for anyone as I know all restaurants are struggling right now but it's also not fun as a customer to be so disappointed. The menu pics online for this place looked good so we decided to try it- unfortunately. Our waitress was very sweet but clearly overwhelmed and we waited a long time to order our cocktails and another very long time to receive them. The menu was not the same as what is posted on google. We ordered the house salad and the beet salad, BOTH of which were a bowl almost entirely of tasteless arugula. The bolognese was good but the cioppino was not very good and the pan fried sole was inedible as the fish had gone bad. But the rest of the party was done eating before our waitress had a chance to check on us. It was also very chilly and LOUD All in all very disappointing.

The hostess who sat us was polite and professional, our waiter, Theo, knew the menu inside out and made great recommendations. Service was attentive but not intrusive. We started with a charcuterie board which was plentiful and had a nice selection of meats, cheeses, and sides. We also got the octopus because we love octopus. Lamb and cioppino were for our main dishes and molten lava chocolate cake and lemoncello cake for dessert. The food was so good we switched plates for both the dinner and dessert so we could both enjoy the experience. We weren't rushed and got to savor the meal. This restaurant was found by accident but we will put in on our list of "must return".

The food quality was very good, but a little pricey. I thought the amount of bread brought out to the table was miniscule. 3 slivers of a a baguette doesn't do it.We had to ask for bread a few times. Waitress was cordial.

This is such a quaint restaurant with food energy and friendly staff. Definitely need some patience as servers seemed newer and service was rather slow. We didn't mind as we were out and didn't have a time limit (and we we were a big party). I have been here before and the food is delicious. Some entrees were a miss this time around in depth of flavor but overall it was such a nice time. We will be back!

My husband and I go to Caffe Tremezzo at least once a month and have never had a bad meal. We went again last Saturday night, and it was nice to see they were busy and well-staffed. Reservations are recommended, and they seemed to handle the crowd very well. Food, as always, was amazing, and you can watch the chefs cooking in the open kitchen. Their salmon is perfectly cooked and comes with brussels sprouts and broccolini with a carrot puree and is very delicious. We are happy to see they seem to have recovered from the quiet days during the pandemic when customers were not venturing out. I definitely recommend!

excellent food and service. Was little loud and a little cramped for 6 but well worth it. It was the first time I was there and it was as good as any top end North End restaurant with easier parking. Bread great , Veal Great, Wine Great, home made pasta great not one downside to the meal.
