Food was decent but their staff was next level! Had an amazing employee named Victoria help me. She was very kind and super helpful with explaining the menu to me since it was my first time! This girl was seriously the best!!!!

I'm not sure what I got but it was expensive. I'll probably give it another chance because I had no clue what to order but it was with spicy chicken and guacamole, rice, corn, onions...just too much stuff in it. The chicken was good and I do love gauc but the rest was too much and destroyed the taste.

They have exceptional customer service and the area is extremely clean. The food presentation is also well organized. All the staff are really nice, but one staff member, Lery, is always very helpful and friendly.

My bf and I are trying to eat healthier, and we really like this chain! You can get great Mediterranean bowls with greens, whole grains like lentils, and falafel or grilled chicken. We've tried the spicy green bowl with falafel and the chicken date balsamic; very, very tasty and the manager is very friendly. We'll definitely be back, as there are several more bowls we want to try! This is so much healthier than pub food and delicious, too. We need this chain down in the Worcester area!

Ordered Harissa Avocado bowl through Ubereats. Very fresh ingredients and had the right amount of sauces. The right rice tasted like seasoned rice and was very fulfilling. Would highly recommend Cava for a healthy delicious meal.
