Very bad service I left my car with them for fixing tire leak. They said come back in an hour. After 2 hours when i returned they said all done but didn't know the issue. I found that the issue was still not fixed. I went back to the tire center and reported the issue. Other mechanic said the car was not attended. I had to leave the car again and waiting outside. Very bad service and rude They don't deserve even a single star for the hassle they gave me.

My first time ever shopping at a Costco and I was disappointed. My friends been raving about them for years and because I shop at BJs she's been trying to get me here forever. Today I finally went and let's just say it will most likely be my last visit. The customer service was poor in quality and I'm specifically speaking in regards to Cynthia with the glasses at Customer Service. The prices are high and low. The variety is amazing and you can definitely tell you're not in Boston. High Asian population and it's shows in the food selection. The checkout was okay but it's not until I'm paying that I'm told they do not accept Mastercard unless it's DEBIT. I use my various credit cards for points and cash back. It would have been good to know this before shopping here. Or have it displayed at the counter for newer shoppers like me. The service at the checkout was bland and rushed. I understand they're trying to get lines down all day, so you don't have to make small talk but please handle food better especially at the prices they are. My friend had a conversation with the store management in regards to another employee George who she had an unfavorable experience with. They spent quite some time talking and I can only say my friend seem appeased after the conversation.

I haven't been able to actually shop at this store in months. Every time I try to go, there's no parking and place is mobbed. I won't be renewing my membership - it's just throwing money away when I can't physically get into the store. They should have longer hours if they don't want to make more parking available.

Costco in Dedham, a vast emporium of bargains and abundance. It is a place where one finds oneself tempted to overspend in the pursuit of savings, for such is the nature of this establishment.A wise man once said, "You go broke saving money at Costco!"Allow me to expound upon their renowned hotdogs. These humble sausages, while not a culinary marvel, are indeed a frugal choice. They provide sustenance at a most agreeable price, a boon to the sensible shopper's purse. However, the parking arrangements do leave much to be desired. The tumult and disorder in the parking area are reminiscent of a poorly scripted drama, making one's visit rather inconvenient. It requires careful planning to navigate this quagmire. In conclusion, Costco in Dedham is a repository of economical abundance, a place where one can revel in the art of prudent spending. Though the parking may present a vexation, the savings within are a siren's call to the thrifty heart. Enter its gates with care and a well-prepared purse, for here you shall both economize and endure the peculiarities of modern commerce.

I went in to buy lactaid milk and while checking out and purchasing my milk, and scanning my card, I was interrogated by this tall blond guy who kept questioning if I was the person on my card. What a j**** For a gallon of milk, I mean c'mon. I won't be spending $60 membership fee to be treated like that!

Bought a new set of 4 tires with the usual Costco deal including installation. Two days later, my front driver's side tire almost fell (flew?) off while driving home from work. Went back to Costco after tightening the lug nuts all around. They reinstalled and said they did everything correct. Tire shop manager was supposed to contact me after reviewing the shop video; I had to call him. He claimed everything was done correctly. I disputed it, given what happened. He said he'd escalate it, but never got back to me. Now, after some more time, I find the wheel always coming loose after a relatively small amount of driving. I think they damaged the threads either taking the wheel off or putting it on. I would never go back to Costco for tires.

Couldn't even Browse w/o a Costco Card. I've never heard of that most places of business want you to look around encourage you to join.

Wow! Just wow! My first experience in a Costco and just wow! I'm so shocked at the level of ignorance i experienced today. I heard so many great things that Costco had to offer over the other Wholesale membership clubs. The only pole that were courteous and helpful were the greeter and the ppl who check ur receipt when you leave. From the rude customers in the parking lot to the pushy woman who barely waited for me to get my cart then almost pushed her cart into me and my daughter then my best friend trying to get around us. Had we only heard an excuse me we could've moved out of her way. As she powered thru us she almost hit another customer!!! As customer all pushed thru one another without any manners or concern for others we continued to shop. Well let me tell you, the nasty negativity the oozed from the employees was the icing on the cake! Nasty comments. Ignoring the customers while they (the employees) held private conversations. Then giving sarcastic answers when they FINALLY acknowledge your presence. I went with a friend who has a membership to see if i wanted one too. NO THANK YOU!!! I will not be spending my hard earned money in a place that acts like Dicks Last Resort but in real life!! So surprised at what i experienced. I will share my experience with anyone who brings up what a great place Costco is(NOT)!!!!

Costco is always reliable. They have a copious amount of everything you could ever need. In the summer they have great outdoor plants, they have tech, food, equipment, clothes, and much more. Whenever I have a party or gathering Costco always comes through. They also have hot food: pizza, hot dogs, ice cream, etc. And their gas is is super cheap! Overall, get a Costco membership if you like to buy in bulk!

Gas Station is a huge plus with prices rapidly rising I appreciate the savings sometimes 10+ cents a gallon of gas compared to other stations in the area. Past few years has been hard on retail and Costco has basically had everything I needed, I always leave with a cart full. I am confused as to why so many reviews about customer service are bad. I have always had excellent customer service as I always am polite to the Costco employees (or any employee or person for that matter) and treat them appropriately. I am pretty sure everyone who complains about poor customer service is receiving the same attention that they initially gave. JMO This Costco in Dedham has many rude customers I noticed, I feel bad for the employees and when I go there I cannot believe the ignorance, talk about people who need a reality check. I see people walking around as they are the only person in this big warehouse. Walking in front of you, stopping quick as the bananas are a flash sale and when they do this they give you a dirty look like you should not be in the way. I especially like the customers who leave shopping carts so EVERYONE can't get by. So very nice of you. Also when you say "sorry" 100x to people who you do this too throughout the store, please stop you are not "sorry" you are "ignorant" JMO I am not a Costco employee BTW. I would just like to be able to shop without someone stopping short every 2 minutes & be able to walk freely in a aisle without someone running me over or blocking a whole aisle so they can look at toaster.
