Strawberry lemonade tasted fresh, fries were nice and crispy and came with a good sauce, and the California wrap, fish tacos, and kimchi beef bowl all had really strong flavors (the wrap and tacos tasted similar to one another but still good). By far the best food though was the carrot cake and Belgian chocolate cake. I've never had such moist, flavorful cake before. I was very impressed and would love the recipes for these.“

“Tried this for the first time when they came to a local 5K run and have been thinking about it ever since. Got the Pura Vida and it has acai, granola, strawberry, blueberries and honey. This hits the spot as it's not very sweet but just the perfect amount of sweetness where you can still taste slight tartness in the strawberries. Their base is not sweet like many other places. Tastes very light and feels healthy even after eating the whole bowl. The staff were very friendly, polite and didn't rush you to order. Inside has a few seatings and was very clean.“

This place was very helpful in making suggestions and asking me questions about what i liked typically then they made suggestions based on what i had described. In the end i loved an item which was similar to eggs with chorizo and I’ll be darned if it tasted just as authentic s the real dish. I had a couple of their pastry items and they could have been just as authentic. I regret that i didn’t write this sooner but this visit was in late February of ‘23 and i just found this website because another son of mine asked me for suggestions and i found NU Kitchen again which he was grateful for.“

No exaggeration, the Seamoss is sooo good (and I’ve tried plenty other brands). The consistency/texture is smooth and the taste is everything!!! You can tell the seamoss was throughly cleaned. The jar was cold upon pickup, so I know it was properly stored. I literally can eat it by itself (which is what I intended on doing, but that was dependent on the taste)! It also has a special ingredient (which caught me off guard) that I feel sets them apart from other brands adding to the vitamins/nutrients the seamoss already naturally provides! “I been wanting to try playa bowls since forever and today was the perfect opportunity. I came it at around 5pm and there were a good amount of customers. As soon as you enter the store you are greeted by a lovely atmosphere. The space is not very big, but I would say it is of a decent size and it's also very bright, which I love.The cashier immediately greeted me with a smile, which I really appreciated. As a first timer I decided to go with a classic: the Nutella bowl. I ordered a Nutella bowl but with a base of half açaí and half mango. The service was pretty fast and the sitting area is clean. The bowl tasted to good and fresh. I loved the taste of the açaí way more then the taste of the mango base. The coconut flakes and the Nutella were the perfect addiction to make the bowl taste delicious. I honestly can't wait to be back once the weather gets hotter. (I apologize if my picture is blurry)“

I enjoy eating at the location because it has a good amount of seats inside, but when the weather is pretty I like to sit outside and enjoy the ~vibes~!The workers at this location also are very nice and like to be good with the amount they give for food, so I love that! And they are overall friendly to talk to. I would order from here overall!“

But the food is what really stands out. Had the Mediterranean Bowl and was blown away. The blend of exquisite flavors and textures is pure perfection. I appreciate that the nutrition is listed on the website, but these bowls are not as healthy as they are marketed to be if you look at the macros, which is my only gripe. “First time at Sweetgreen. Ordered online via their app and while picking up, decided to dine in vs takeout. The place was empty around 8 pm when we went. We reached first but our bowls took a little time to be ready. Got the new miso glazed salmon bowl and the chicken fajita bowl. Both were quite good. The salmon, while tasty, didn't have any of the umami miso flavor. But the bowl still works when you combine everything together (rice, cucumber, pickled onions, and dressing). The chicken in the fajita bowl was cooked until it was just tender, yum. There was a lot of corn and pepper mix vs the amount of chicken. Again, once you mixed all the individual elements, this bowl was quite good too. I wouldn't say the service was friendly but no qualms about it either as other folks mentioned in previous reviews perhaps because we went much later in the day when there was no rush. The only annoying thing was that there was jazz music playing in the dining area while another playlist was playing in the cooking area and ooof, that "medley" was rough to listen to all through dinner.Overall, I'd say we enjoyed the bowls but will question if they're worth approx 15-16 per bowl especially considering their portion sizes which are on the smaller side.“
