This is a fraud bowling ally. The pins are on stings. (It’s not duck bowling) The lanes are so sticky I don’t think they have been oiled in weeks. It’s expensive and the temp is way too hot a performance athlete.

Oh my God they left half my wings in the kitchen!! Though the chicken wings are very tasty when you order 6 wings you should expect to receive 6 1/2 wings not 6 full wings like other restaurants serve. I suspect it's a cost-saving measure. Buyer beware!!!

It’s too expensive and the drinks had no alcohol in them. It was mostly water. They probably saving on the liquor. The waiter was not friendly. Most of the time we had to look for him. We were a group of 6. I went home sick and throwing up. My other guest complained of the same thing. It was a horrible experience. I had never wrote a bad review on any establishment. This one really needs improvement.

Went to Kings last night for the first time. The host, Kaitlin, who was actually the manager was extremely helpful and didn't make us feel like a bother with all our questions. She really made our time there enjoyable. Our waitress Taylor was also great! Absolutely will be back again.

My friends and I visited Kings to celebrate one friend's "7th" Birthday on 02/29, and we had a fantastic time. Kristen helped to coordinate the event with us on relatively short notice and with tons of patience while being 100% on board with doing a kid's birthday for a fully grown adult, just for the sake of some extra fun. When we arrived, they made the process very simple, and we got right into having our fun. Our server was Luis, who kept up with us all night and made sure we were squared away. And when a drink got spilled, he was already cleaning it up before I'd even seen it had happened. Thanks so much for a good time!

Not consumer friendly! Does not accept cash. When we arrived server said no problem with separate checks. When we were ready to settle we were told now that our group had grown it was one check only so we paid with 13 credit cards! We tried to reserve bowling Allies when we arrived but were told we had to wait until we were ready. By the time we paid the check it was now a 30 to 40 minute wait so we all left disappointed. Only redeeming point was my pulled pork sandwich was yummy and my husband enjoyed his crispy chicken sandwich.
Came here tonight, Sunday evening 2/18 and it wasn’t super busy; there was a steady flow of people. We put our names down for both pool and bowling, for 3 people. The wait for bowling was about 2 hours and there were 4 parties ahead of us for pool. We decided to sit and have some apps and drinks while we waited. At any given time, there were at least 4 bowling lanes empty, some vacant for over 45 minutes. For the pool tables, we often saw at least one table was empty. Every time we asked for an update, they said there’s only one group ahead of us - how did we see 3 different groups play while we waited? 2 hours later we check in again and they say there’s 1 group ahead of us. At this point, why bother? Terrible service from the kids at the front desk. Won’t come back and will tell everyone we know not to come to this location.

We went to Kings for my sister’s boyfriend’s birthday and it was Kings. Good music, good bowling. However Amelia our waitress made the night amazing. She went above and beyond from the moment we got there. She handled our cake and made sure we had a great moment when we were cutting the cake. She is phenomenal. She really made a regular night something great.

We went to Kings for my sister's boyfriend's birthday and it was Kings. Good music, good bowling. However Amelia our waitress made the night amazing. She went above and beyond from the moment we got there. She handled our cake and made sure we had a great moment when we were cutting the cake. She is phenomenal. She really made a regular night something great.

Unfortunately the manager on site (Kaitlyn) was not upholding her responsibilities. There was a 3 hour wait and 6 lanes completely empty. When asked for a rationale, nothing within reason could be communicated. They blamed the waiters on not communicating when lanes closed out, although they could very clearly see it. It’s unfortunate and a waste of time.Unfortunately the person responsible checking people in is a liar (Shannon). She puts all blame on waitresses and bussers and then they have to over compensate for her lies. She is not helpful and not truthful.
