The food was top notch.The broccoli augratin was sublime!Baked scallops were perfect but the vegetables were a little overdone.The price was higher than the normal restaurant but worth it.I really enjoyed the ambiance of the place.Definitely recommend it!

The 4 employees at the hostess station were not at all welcoming and not at all attentive when we entered. Not a good look for a restaurant with such a good reputation. After a long delay we were finally seated. Our server Shayla was excellent, as was the food. Such a shame that your employees at the hostess station were rude and not interested in serving your customers. You can do better.

I ordered the fried clams and was very disappointed. I cooked fried clams for many years and always enjoyed them. The clams I had last night were horrible. They were dry and overcooked. It was as if they took all the leftover clams and dropped them into nasty grease. They were tough and tasted burnt. The whole belly clams didn't have any belly at all. I really wasted $40 market value crap. Should have had a salad.

No they're not in season I went for the fried clams and I was assured they were good and they weren't how do you spell $40 for french fries and a Coke I left feeling ripped off where did I even tip her I should have sent them back but I was hungry she said there were bellies there weren't they were strips so that was my experience I'm sure other things on the menu were good but my choice was it
First and foremost, our entrees were very tasty (though I would have appreciated more linguine with my clam dish, not to mention grated cheese - not shredded Romano). The downside... two completely flat diet Cokes (really?!). Hard-as-rocks dinner rolls. (Decades of eating at Legal's ... how can that be!) Service... our waitress was top-notch, but clearly stretched far too thin. She was clearly hustling, but we felt like we waited forever. That's not her fault - you need more wait stalk and probably cook staff.

We enjoyed the two lobster leap year special. Ashley our server could not have been nicer or more attentive. The restaurant was lively with more st also enjoying the lobster special. The food was delicious and served promptly. Great night!

We both ordered the twin lobsters for 29.95. They arrived minutes after we placed our our order (even before our water arrived). They were a good size (1 pound+) but unfortunately the lobster meat was tough and not very favorable. I suspect whatever way they were cooked (or reheated) dried out the meat. It was a disappointing leap year day meal.

This place used to be our favorite in the past. Today, the service was atrociously poor, with a 45-minute delay for the food to arrive. When it did, there was no sign of the starter calamari even after we had finished our main course. Two waitresses went looking for said calamari and did not even bother to update us where the ball had been dropped. The grilled chicken in the sandwich was dry and my son could not finish even half of it.Finally, I had to go hunt down the waitress to ask them to cancel the calamari order and request them to get me the check as there was no sign of them for 20 minutes after we “finished” our meal.I understand it was a busy Sunday crowd in the restaurant, but the least one would expect is that they would update the customer on what happened to a missing order. A fall from grace from the Legal Seafoods we used to love!
