I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I ordered from here in the past but the workers have changed and so has the service. The new people in charge are unprofessional and blatantly disrespectful! If I were the owner - I would definitely look into replacing some of my staff. I don't think retraining is an option since I physically witnessed the attitudes and work ethics of some of the staff. There is no excuse to deliberately ignore the needs of the customer. If you don't care about your business and want to run it into the ground, continue to keep these individuals working for you and continue to ignore the numerous reviews that back up what I've just said!

I catered from here and got a crazy amount of food for super cheap. When I saw the catering prices, I was skeptical how big the portion sizes would be because the prices were significantly lower than that of other places I was considering. I was shocked by how big and heavy the trays were when I picked up my order. I got the party size chow mein ($17) and party size sweet and sour chicken breast ($42) for only $59 pre-tax. My order was ready on time, and pick-up was fast and easy. The food itself was subpar (both dishes lacked flavor), which is why I am rating a 3/5, but definitely a 5/5 for value.

Bigger Plate is 3 servings of your choice! You can do steamed rice,fried rice, or noodles as your side and if you're feeling better you can do any of these with half power veggies or a mix of all of the 4. All choices of the main entree are worth it! My favorite is the orange chicken and honey sesame chicken. With white rice rangoons and a drink! Always great and friendly service when I stop in in. Highly recommend this spot. Parking is super easy too.

My kids got food here the young man that works here (didn’t get his name) is super nice. Now the Asian man was super rude. If you’re dealing with the public and customer service you should have a nice attitude also don’t embarrass your workers in front of customers. To the young man you did nothing wrong don’t let other people make you feel bad it doesn’t matter if it’s management or just another co worker

We picked up a to go order a couple of times after getting groceries from the Stop n Shop next door. It's always solid, good food reminding us of our days on the university campus. We get a half and half - chow mein and fried rice. However if you go later in the day, there's a chance that they'll run out of a few items. Like they're out of fried rice or that the chow mein has 80% celery, cabbage, and onion and perhaps 20% noodles. For the entrees, we prefer their orange chicken (crispy, sweet and sour), kung pao chicken (spicy) which includes veggies like zucchini and red pepper, and finally the chili crisp shrimp (spicy!). Overall, the portions are good and the food is tasty. The cream cheese Rangoon is also good, crispy and a good portion of filling. Service is quick as long as the dish you want is ready.

When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, it wasn't ready as it was "lost". I was instructed to get in line as if I was placing a dine in order to ask someone else about my order.This issue escalated to Kayell, the cashier giving me an attitude as I was trying to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a manager and there wasn't one present. I asked for a shift leader and matters became even worse.Kin, the shift leader, disrespectfully spoke to me full of anger and rage. He said, "there's no slip, so we can't make your order". While saying this, he gave me an intense glare full of anguish. Disgustingly disrespectful. Not once did I disrespect any of the workers.This experience was truly unacceptable. Extremely poor customer service, highly unprofessional, and unorganized. No one apologized for their mistake.This is my first and last time placing a pick up order.
