Had 2 moving bugs in my salad !And when I complained to the manager he said it's normal sometimes bugs don t wash off !!!Like really !!!!

Food is always good, very fresh but the service is terrible. They are so incredibly slow that it's almost a talent. They all move like sloths. I'll be waiting for my order, tell them my name, it'll be past the time they gave me and the people behind the counter will be standing around or just talking to each other. Seriously some of the worst customer service. And this isn't the first time I've had this experience, it's every time. Most of the time the employees will completely ignore you if you try and ask them anything. I'd avoid this location and go to Cava next door if I were you.

First time at Sweetgreen. Ordered online via their app and while picking up, decided to dine in vs takeout. The place was empty around 8 pm when we went. We reached first but our bowls took a little time to be ready. Got the new miso glazed salmon bowl and the chicken fajita bowl. Both were quite good. The salmon, while tasty, didn't have any of the umami miso flavor. But the bowl still works when you combine everything together (rice, cucumber, pickled onions, and dressing). The chicken in the fajita bowl was cooked until it was just tender, yum. There was a lot of corn and pepper mix vs the amount of chicken. Again, once you mixed all the individual elements, this bowl was quite good too. I wouldn't say the service was friendly but no qualms about it either as other folks mentioned in previous reviews perhaps because we went much later in the day when there was no rush. The only annoying thing was that there was jazz music playing in the dining area while another playlist was playing in the cooking area and ooof, that "medley" was rough to listen to all through dinner.Overall, I'd say we enjoyed the bowls but will question if they're worth approx 15-16 per bowl especially considering their portion sizes which are on the smaller side.

They closed the store 1 1/2 sooner then the 10 closed sign Then told us it was bc of no hot food I get in there n it’s a lot of hot food just no steelhead Then give me n two other customers an attitude What type of service is

When looking for somewhere for lunch this place has options for those with specific dietary needs ie. vegan or vegetarian.

Have eaten here dozens of times and the salad is always excellent! Healthy items and they always give good portions.
For the life of them, cannot remember to put dressing on OR in the salad container. We've ordered here multiple times and at this point, I don't know why we even try, because 9 out of 10 times, they'll forget to put dressing in the container. Don't order here, or check your order each and every time because it'll most likely be wrong. Employees are always miserable and couldn't care less of your existence. Definitely not expecting insane happiness from them, but they can't even do the bare minimum.

If your a delivery driver I would avoid taking orders from here. Doesn't matter if your waiting for an order they go in the order they receive the order. They used to ask for what your waiting for but not anymore.
