Entering Friendly Toast is, in visual terms, an experience of color, color and color, in addition to the fact that its walls are decorated (here the term can be very strong) as if each person had brought, from the craft room, a object and they would have stuck it more or less (it must be said) not with the “there it goes” but with a sense of symmetry… without meditating on the subject or was it?For example, no pendant lamp is the same as another; The color of the seats at the bar is simply strident, spectacular and varied... a woman's mannequin and silhouettes of smiling toasted bread will welcome you and observe you during your stay... and so on... with various elements of the typical restaurant - which, from then this one is not.And neither does its splendid menu. But better come and try some fried eggs on toast, this, in turn, on guacamole that is on another toast (?!) and all this on a layer of potatoes perfectly cut into squares, fried and just right: pure gastronomic genius, and, finally, something surprising about the egg: like some purple onion segments (like the color of the dish).Believe me: it will be a delicious and daring experience.BRILLIANT!ScheduleSunday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.Friday and Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.680 Legacy Pl, Ste. 210, Dedham MA 02026 USA.

Haven't been to the original location in at least 10 years, probably more. This location is equally as good and is definitely going to be a new regular spot for

Staff does not know how to communicate with customers on wait time etc. feeling of being overlooked and weak customer service. Not an establishment I would want to put my money into. Felt poorly

Started off on the wrong foot, Saturday night so checked website for wait-list which redirects to yelp which didn't give you the option as it showed no wait. 20 minute wait upon arrival. With a name like The Friendly Toast you are expecting a couple of things, particularly friendly staff and a good breakfast style meal. We got neither, staff just going through the motions, and good that was well before expectations and over-priced. Hash browns were cold and undercooked, bacon was fatty, and food was flavorless or bitter. Won't be back, would not recommend.

The vibe alone of the restaurant is enough reason to come here. Nice vintage/retro look. The food was very good and the wait staff are more than nice. They had unlimited ice coffee, which I very much appreciated, and their bar area was absolutely beautiful. Didn't feel rushed at all while eating there. Only docked a star because the portions could be a little bigger considering the price of the food. Other than that, they were great!

First time being here and we absolutely loved it. We arrived around of 9 and there was no line. The atmosphere is nice, the coffee was so fresh and tasty and the food was absolutely delicious. Luke took care of us and he was fast, checked on us few times a made sure we were fine. I highly recommend him and this place. Definitely going back.

Food was not great. Homefries were awful. Bacon and eggs, home fries , and one piece of toast with coffee over $18.00. outrageous price for breakfast. I'm a retired chef. Does anyone know how to make a home fry anymore? Cook the potatoes with the skin on, then peel and dice and cook in bacon fat on the grill until it has a nice crust on it.

Great location! At peak hours, parking and the wait can get tricky but there's plenty of stores around to keep busy. Very big fan of the music played here, and the booth seating was great! Our server was very friendly and quick, always checking in on us! The doughnut stop believing was great, a breakfast sandwich on a bagel! Such fun menu items here and can't wait to come back!

Like chuck e cheese for breakfast. Good if you have kids and don't mind loud noise. Food was good but overpriced IMHO.
