Water pizza anyone? Look… I love UNOs…but seriously? How lazy can the cooks be?!? I am very disappointed. I never had a bad experience at any UNOs until today. The bar tender was nice thats why I only gave service two stars.*Update* - They didn’t charge me for the pizza. They still gave me a new one and even though it still wasn’t that great. I upgrade my rating to two stars.

Love UNO. The place isn’t bad, but get ready for slow service. They do take their sweet time getting to you and your food.The place definitely is old since the tables are super sticky and chairs old.Needless to say, pizza is always delicious!

Zero excuses for how bad the service was. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Waitress kept apologizing saying it was the worst service she ever provided, if she knew how bad things were going, manager should've came out and tried to make things right. Do not go here.

The food was solid and they were very accommodating. I attended the Bingo night AND WON!!! Very fun. It was actually my first time at an Uno's. Made sure to tip a few folks on my way out

The food was good. We ordered two items and a couple of Shirley Temples. Some buffalo wings and a pizza. The pizza was bomb, and the chicken was bomb as usual went out and spent some time with my sister hadn’t seen her in a while. We even sat and talked to her about an hour after we finished eating.

You can't give 0 stars, but I tried.Atmosphere was fine. Food, when we happened to receive it and it happened to be the correct order, was pretty good. But we spent 1 hour waiting for one person's drink. They brought the wrong food, then spent over 1 hour on making the correct food- which was just one individual pizza. They also brought the wrong salad, but we just resigned ourselves to it. Had to get the right pizza for kosher reasons, they still almost tried to put meat on it. Roasted veggies were sauteed, sparkling wine was flat. We'll see what happens for dessert.

This place is sad, i used to love coming here but NOW i remember why i stopped coming to this specific location, we sat waiting 10 minutes to even see a waiter, then when he finally took my drink order he comes back 10 minutes later and says we don't have that tequila like wtf, this place is so poorly managed and the wait staff has ZERO enthusiasm to work the ONLY one that did her job was the girl that sat us down, the pizza i got was ok not amazing and my drink that finally came and it was a smoked old fashioned and they didn't even smoke it, this place is low budget, a waiter shouldn't have more apologies than answers, ordered the sweet potato fries but got regular fries got a pizza with no extra plate nothing, i won't be coming back I'd rather get the unos deep dish pizza in stop and shop

Horrible, Environment. Staff's always yelling at each other, breaking plates and Glasses. I heard from one of the hosts, that she was telling others, what to do. The Service was slow, and nobody came to my table. The last time I ate here, was two weeks ago, there was fingerprints and hair. We didn't want to say anything. The bathrooms could be cleaner. There was this one host she has a stitch bag, she kept checking on us to make sure someone got to us last week. I heard a few staff swearing and talking about us, how we are supposed to know how to order our food. I'm not coming back due to managers not having their employees under control.
Went to the UNO’s in Dedham and I can honestly say I’ve never had such terrible service in my life. I’ve been in the food industry & yes it can be tough but the service we received (if that’s what we’re going to call it) was so upsetting. Our server was Christopher aka Chris had the worst attitude. There were eye rolls, no refills for a while, we weren’t even asked how the food was. At one point towards the end of our meal we heard her yell “do y’all need anything else?” I was baffled. We had table that came after us leave before. I believe you too according to the service you receive but my husband insisted on leaving one. I will definitely NEVER return to this uno’s location and encourage others to do the same.

The food was delicious, but this one waiter I believe he/her name was Christophor. But they took at least 30-60 minutes for our food. And so did the dessert, and the drinks took around 5-10 minutes, which isn't that bad but I'd give it 2.5-3 stars.
