Everything was fantastic! The view is amazing from the room, pool and roof top bar/restaurant! Food is fantastic and customer service is great! The roof top is like no other! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

If you want coffee and baked goods this is THE BEST, not only in the area, but up there in my lifetime pantheon of incredible pastries. The prices are the same as other local places but the quality is another tier. We had a gougere, a sausage roll and the most perfect cinnamon roll I’ve ever experienced. If you are trying to pick a coffee shop or bakery for your breakfast/snack, this is where you wanna be!

Holy! This bakery is incredible. Their ham and cheese croissant, had to be one of the best, I’ve ever eaten. I hit the lottery, finding this real European style bakery! Thanks for the excellence.

We had such a great time having dinner there tonight! Although we are long-time year round Cape locals, this was our first time going to the Pelham House, and it was to celebrate my birthday. Our server Iryna was so conscientious, caring, helpful and professional - she was perfect! She helped us decide what to pick from the delicious menu (every single item sounded yummy) and we never once felt rushed. Our table was overlooking the water with a gorgeous view, and the atmosphere was relaxing and just the right amount of casual and fine dining. We will definitely be returning! thank you, Pelham House for a wonderful evening!

This place is so special!! Had the lobster roll, and the fall soup with white beans and linguica, my husband had the calamari, all was exceptional, but the view on this beautiful day was exquisite!! Definitely get a high top table so you can take the whole view in

A panoramic seascape, doting service and stellar fare with memorable libations. Whenever such elements converge, one has surely stumbled on a world class venue, eh? Yes, indeed. And Pelham House displays all of the above with such charm and understated class, the key question is: why haven't we gotten here sooner, much sooner? On a sun-splashed morning, we traipsed about the grounds whetting our appetites and inhaling the briny breezes. Soon, we were seated at a table with an utterly inspiring ocean view, sipping cool water and pinching ourself, figuratively speaking. Next, matching the mood, a warm server landed with a fresh Peach Bellini and tall tart Chianti to adorn our table. Then since my wife's wanted a fresh lobster roll for eons, a modestly sized, tantalizing version arrived, crammed with chilled lobster; nearby a brimming bowl of a superior white bean salad waited. Meanwhile, I opted for the Little Gem Salad; it's not little - but is a gem, with nicely dressed lettuce wedges, beet chunks, whole almonds and dollops of the creamiest goat cheese, like ever, converging. In short, the Pelham House makes for one memorable outing. And they're even showcasing "Appy Hours" with discount apps between 4 and 6pm at the bar. Call ahead to verify the days available (transition season). But just get there. Methinks you'll be back, too

Having heard lots of negative comments, we chose the Rooftop at The Pelham House to celebrate herself’s birthday. Beginning with the snappy valet service, who opened her door and accompanied her inside with an umbrella over her, to the elevator up to the rooftop, the greeting as we stepped off and our excellent server, Tommy, we were really impressed! There were 10 of us, yet the vibe was intimate, the menu eclectic enough for even the vegetarians among us (4), the cocktails robust, the wine list not outrageously expensive and the view of Nantucket Sound outstanding. While not inexpensive, the food choices were varied and the portions were ample. We will absolutely return on special occasions!

The property/location/plantings are absolutely gorgeous. You couldn't be closer to the ocean. If you are staying in a ground level room around the pool it will def be loud in full season. We had a massive, very clean, stylish room on the 2nd floor, facing the water, with a nice sized balcony, great bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The lobby was very nice also, the bar had already closed for the season unfortunately. Lots of different areas to sit outside and sun, read, have cocktails, including nice new beach furniture and fresh towels. We dined at the Rooftop Rest and were very disappointed with the food. Under cooked scallops, way over cooked Chicken Parm, with cheddar cheese! The dessert menu was given to us and was filthy, ripped and wrinkled. We will be back but will not eat at the Rooftop Rest again. It is super expensive, I do hope they deal with that issue as the view from up top is amazing.

Superb pastries! Great addition to the neighborhood! Hoping they expand to breads in the future. And a good espresso machine & barista would be clutch

Absolutely delicious! Loved the raspberry creme danish and scallion gougere especially. Good service. Mostly a takeout place.
