I recently had the misfortune of dining at Encore Bistro and Bar, and it was an experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. From the moment I walked in, I should have turned around and walked right back out. The atmosphere was as stale as the food they served.Let's start with the food. I ordered the swordfish tips, the cod, and scallops. What a mistake. The swordfish tips were so overcooked they might as well have been shoe leather. The cod tasted like it was pulled out of a dumpster behind a fish market, and the scallops were chewier than a rubber tire. I wouldn't feed this garbage to my dog.And the prices? Absolutely absurd. They charge you an arm and a leg for food that's not fit for consumption. I've had better meals from a microwave TV dinner.Service? Nonexistent. It took an eternity for our food to arrive, and when it did, it was clear that no care or effort had gone into it. The staff was as welcoming as a slap in the face.Do yourself a favor and avoid Encore Bistro and Bar at all costs. It's a culinary crime scene that should be shut down immediately

We have eaten at Encore at least 6 or 7 times for both lunch and dinner - today was the first time we left unimpressed by the food. Bummer. Beautiful dining room and friendly, accommodating waitstaff, however.

First time at Encore, and let me tell you it will not be the last! 10/10. 5 ⭐️sMight become a regular! From beginning to end, amazing service! Food was spot on, drinks strong and cookie pie to end the night was so gooey warm and delicious! Chicken Marsala, Chicken Francese, A Cosmo and a Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie! Perfection. Thank you Encore for an incredible night! Can’t wait to be back!

Ordered the chicken parm with linguine. I have to say, I was disappointed as the chicken was very dry. The sauce was a little on the acidic side, meaning as soon as I took a bite, I could feel a slight burning in my throat. Now, granted, by taste buds are a little sensitive, so the sauce could be appling to others. Regardless, the chicken was very dry, and the waitress did take it off the bill.This will not stop me from returning.

Saw this after seeing a play last year. Decided to take a drive out to try it today. I'm a very fussy eater and have to say that the food was outstanding. The Ahi Tuna with pork belly was out of this world as was the Pearcarpaccio. The pairings of ingredients in each dish was a culinary delight.
