Perhaps I'm missing something here.. Have been twice.. Once for sundae and the hot fudge was pretty good but nothing great. The ice cream I felt was average. Second visit just for ice cream and it was pretty good but not worth the super long wait. Though I must say the workers work hard and fast but just seems half the town goes there after dinner.

Always packed and hopping after 12pm. They only took cash, so prepare yourself in advance. Parking looks like a nightmare during peak hours. Indoor seating had enough places to sit but not as much outdoors. Ice cream was good quality with non-generic whipped cream. Nothing much else to say. I wouldn't go there every time for dessert as it would add up to be pretty expensive. Cashiers and servers are pleasant.

It is true when they say ice cream bring tears to the strongest man. Now I didn't shed a tear cause my blood line is akin to Chuck Norris but this place is the best place for ice cream in the entire USA. I've been taste sampling this place with my papa and now family for more years to count, and it slaps every time. Thank you to the staff for all that you do!

I used to live in boston and recently returned for girl scout camp and when i lived in boston my friend had a house near sundae school so we would always go there and we went again this year and its still hands down my favorite ice cream place of all time❤

I've been going to the Sundae School for over 40 years, and it's still my favorite place to get a hot fudge sundae. It holds a lot of nostalgia and good memories for me, the ice cream is yummy, and the homemade whipped cream is amazing. Prices stay pretty reasonable for Cape Cod at ~$6 for a medium cone, and ~$8 for a sundae.Bring a quarter or 2 for the player piano!

Good ice cream and a fun atmosphere. Lots of fun and inventive flavors along with the classics. Can get very busy in the evening on weekends. The value is a bit short given the prices and the smaller portions, but overall a great place to visit for ice cream in the area.

That there's a police officer guiding the endless traffic in the parking lot tells you the level of quality of their homemade ice cream. Walk if you can, but you'll still have to wait in line. Cash only.

We have been getting ice cream here for years now and it doesn’t disappoint. I think it’s only hard ice cream and they usually have different flavors. It’s a busy place but the line moves quickly and the staff is friendly. We were there a few days ago and got four small ice creams and it cost 25$. There are a bunch of picnic tables outside for seating ? and there is another location a little further east down the cape.
