I'm really tired of ordering something and getting something completely different. Ordered tea, got coffee. Ordered a sausage sandwich, got bacon. Everyday is a 90 % chance they will get it wrong.

Not only was my coffee being made wrong from 10 seconds of ordering it, person was high and slurring counting money with gloves on and wiping off her nose then went and handled my order and scooped her hand inside ice chest with a cup instead of using scooper and then ice fell all over floor for other employees to walk all over and other employees r just watching her and secretly talking about her and how she's acting. Who ever she is with the tattoo on her neck and a piercing on her bottom lip needs a talking too on Somerset Ave dighton smmfh. Definitely not going there anymore. It's not the first time with this woman and her work ethics

Unprofessional, nasty attitude, can take orders correctly, my bad experience cost me $18, left the order that was made incorrectly and walked out.Never again will I ever spend a dime at this dunkin & get workers that actually value their customers and job, if not the kids working there that day should find a different job.

I suggest to everyone Don’t go there special on morning time because who have manager on morning time she was so rude she don’t deserve to manager because she don’t know how to talk with customers. I did my order online to pick up and i order select to pick at drive thur and I go drive thru and she tell me next time tell as to speaker to pick up order so we stared your order and give to you. Then I go inside to tell her apps don’t say to I need to tell on speaker then she say get out from here really that kind of manager you hire at your Dunkin special in morning.

It was decent for a bit. But same afternoon crew the older woman that talks loudly about their personal problems throughout the building doesn’t make sitting in for a few mins very enjoyable. Now I noticed pricing has gone up only at this specific one. I’m all set with this location for good. They’re charging over a dollar more for sandwiches and 50 cents more for hash browns than pretty much every other one. Over 5 bucks for a microwaved egg and cheese here. I can go to another Dunkin up the road get that same sandwich and hasbrowns and still pay LESS than at this one just for the single sandwich. And not just those items, pretty much everything on the menu is more inflated at this one. At that point I can go to Alice’s down the road and get an actual freshly made sandwich for literally the same price now, and that’s what I’ll certainly be doing. Also every single time I get a frosted donut at this one, I’ll receive it frosting side down in the bag. No effort at all and complete incompetence. I can see why they dropped “donuts” from their name, all the donuts are inside working for them.
