I hate leaving bad reviews. It's not my thing, but wow. First and last time at Ghost Pepper. We had a reservation and the restaurant was probably 2/3 full, and at no time a wait for tables so they weren't THAT busy. The service was among the worst I've ever had. Our server promptly brought water and took our drink order, then disappeared. Like completely. After 30min I flagged down another server to find him. She reluctantly stopped and said they had a call off and were backed up. (There was no bartender behind the bar on a Friday night?!). Our sever finally arrived after 45min with 2 drinks for our party of 4. He did bring chips and guac on the house but didn't actually apologize. It took another 15min for the other drinks. I had to flag down another server again to find our server who seemed to be intentionally ignoring our side of the restaurant. At 90min we were finally served food. Keep in mind during this little adventure, at no time did the server, or any server, or the host, ever apologize, check on us, or really even acknowledge the situation. I'm not even sure there was a manager on duty, but if there was, they suck at their job because they never stepped out to check on tables and we weren't the only table waiting service. While the food was actually good, being completely ignored by everyone working in the restaurant was so awful I won't dine there again. Side note: love the music but it was absolutely deafening.

Went today a Tuesday. Service was horrible and they were not busy. Waited 5 minutes before we walked up to a server to ask to be seated. Waited another 10 minutes for water , 10 more to order drinks, then 15 min to order apps. Apps came out before drinks which took about 20min to come out. Food was horrible. I don't know how you can mess up chips with salsa & guac or a chicken quesadilla flavor wise. Chips were overcooked. Quesadilla chicken was under cooked. Birria tacos were pure salt. Pico all we tasted was lime. Ordered a mixed drink but it was all liquor. Asked for a manager & told there was not one available. My birthday dinner ruined. As you can see from the pics we did not finish our main courses because they were not eatable. We did not take them home either. Great presentation but thats about all that was good.

Food was very good, but prices were high for what you got. Chips and salsa were $6 and were given a half full salsa bowl for the table to share - wasn't nearly enough. Drinks were $13-15 and barely had any alcohol.

I went here for brunch and the highlight was the service. Very friendly, helpful, and when my friend did not like the spicy espresso martini the server had a normal one made for no added cost. The food itself was nothing impressive. I got the Egg Benedict Carnitas and it did not come with the carnitas so I had to ask for it to be sent out separately. The potatoes were great, but everything else fell flat. The setup was nice, but it felt more like a restaurant meant for at night than brunch.Gluten Free: I called ahead of time and they confirmed they had gluten free options. The menu was not marked. When ordering I asked specifically about the Egg Benedict Carnitas. The server checked with the chef to confirm it was fine and I had no issues.

OMG—- Fabulous food! We enjoyed their shishito peppers, nachos and a very yummy fish taco. Everything was flavorful and delicious. Excellent service as well.
