It was one of my favorite places to eat, I normally went 4-5 days a week to buy chicken but they haven't delivered the food they owe for more than two months and they send me the food they want. Right now I just received the food I ordered. for dinner and the food tastes burnt and smells bad. I really won't buy from this place again. I already spoke with the owner privately to let him know my disagreement but apparently they don't care what the customers say.

Absolutely do not go here. Walked in for the first time tonight to find barely anybody in the "lounge" and a pile of clearly old chicken sitting on the counter. (Not even a heat lamp in sight) the staff was behind the counter living their best life blasting music, yelling to each other and only acknowledging who they wanted to. After waiting in line for a good amount of time we finally thought it was our turn to order, although absolutely nothing there looked appetizing, and the girl behind the counter blatantly invited some guy who just walked in to cut us in line and place his order first. The customer knew that was rude and was hesitant but when we spoke up we were responded with rude incoherent yelling by one cashier and another offered us the scraps from the table that she was cleaning up. Forget giving zero stars, if I could take away stars form them I would. The restaurant was dirty, clearly soggy food on the counter and the staff couldn't be worse. This is the first time I have ever been compelled to write a review. Completely ridiculous.

Paid for delivery and my food never arrived. Called to ask about my food to which they told me was on the counter and did I want it delivered. Got annoyed and told them to keep the delivery fee and the tip, I’d pick up my food. Got there and my food was already put away and they had to assemble the plates and forgot to put items that are part of the meal. No apologies were given and no explanation

I adore this place so much, and the rice is incredible. Wonderful chicken soup The staff will make sure you get exactly what you want. I don't know what else to say, other than to say that this is the best Spanish food place I've ever ordered from. Given that I am pregnant, they make sure I get exactly what I want to eat; they even made chicken soup for me because I have a celery allergy. I genuinely love this place and will never stop ordering from them.

Worst food in Boston. Full stop. I ordered 4 tacos, 2 steak 2 CARNITAS. First the order takers were rude AF. Low volume and they mumble. You ask them to say it louder and they then say it at the same volume or lower. Why could I not hear them? Even though the place was practically empty when we showed up, it sounds like the Swedish Chef from the muppets is in the kitchen just banging crap around to sound busy. Also, I've never been to any place that over complicates the toppings on tacos. What I ended up getting was THE WRONG ORDER. Since when is carnitas...pollo?! They even repeated my order, got it correct, just to mess it up. Chicken was dry as all get up. The steak was over cooked and under seasoned. One of the flour tortillas was stale and hard. Even though there is a waitress or table cleaner on staff, she was too busy talking to a guy to notice the entire place was filthy especially our table. Had salt and trash sitting on it and the table looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned all day. Now let's discuss the chump, who called himself the owner. Who in their right mind would give attitude to a customer and follow up said attitude with physically stating, "I haven't seen you in here before..." with an attitude problem. For a split second I thought I was going to have to square with this swizzle stick and embarrass him in his own establishment but he clarified that he wants feedback. Great way to ask for feedback by sounding like a complete jerk, right after your under skilled staff messed up my order, over complicated the toppings situation to the point I just wanted to be done talking to any of them and got plain tacos...the wrong plain tacos at a table I had to semi-clean myself while getting the attitude problem from a "business owner" who probably has no business running a business. Okay sure, it got an A on its health inspection...but that's probably because they let the filth build up and then perform a marathon cleaning before show time. Now before you think I'm being hyper critical...I am Latino and know how to cook everything I ordered. I've worked in 15 different industries, including Fortune 500, all in a leadership or business owner capacity with a verifiable track record of improving business performance and customer satisfaction. This place needs Gordon Ramsey to shove his foot up this owner's behind, fire the staff, teach the new staff how to cook, and convince this "business owner" to keep his mouth completely shut and hire a manager because he has ZERO leadership skills or qualities. I am only giving this place 1 star because zero is not an option. The owner was hilarious because he seemed proud of being in business 7 years...bro...according to the previous feedback, a majority of that time your clients have been stating your customer service sucks. At what point does one cut the crap and realize they are the reason why they are failing. Or maybe he can't hear himself failing because his kitchen staff keeps acting like the DJ in Pootie-Tang, and purposely likes to make too much noise by knocking everything over. If you want to see a slow sinking ship, this is the spot. No way mathematically this place is in the black and that food is 100% fresh. If you want tasty food worth the price with a pleasant attitude from its staff, then this is for sure NOT THE PLACE. Worst tacos I've EVER EVER had in the entire United States. No lies. Thankfully, now that I've hit the bottom there's only way to go from here. Do yourself a solid, DON'T waste your time.
