How are you going to not allow the employees to get tips from customers and not pay them a higher wage than all of the other stores? These employees can make 50 to $200 more per week when getting tips, and management does not allow this at this location, and if a tip is given, management takes it away. This is unheard of and probably why it has a 3.3 rating. Tipping at dunkin' is a normal thing. Not being allowed to tip makes me not want to come back, and also make sure anybody I know doesn't go there either. Shame on you

The help here is horrendous. The girl behind the counter asked 4 times what my coffee was. Medium black iced 4 sweet n low. I am a diabetic and as soon as I left with it I discovered she didn't use sweet n low but sugar. I will never recommend this Dunkin'. Management should raise their standards and invest in sober help.Two thumbs down. If I hadn't paid attention to the sugar settled at the bottom I could've had a potential hazard. Avoid this one at all costs.

Everytime i get food from here its always wrong or they dont have the item im ordering. I placed a mobile order this morning for a coffee, two hashbrowns, two donuts, and bacon. They made two coffees and i got a free one for no reason, they did not have bacon so i substituted it for a third hashbrown. I ended up only getting one hashbrown. so my order was completely wrong. The people in this particular Dunkin do not care about their customers. They're extremely wrong and they never have the food that i try to order. I would just cut your losses and drive to a different establishment.

Jianallys Cruz was extremely disrespectful and unfortunately made my drink wrong, and then refused to fix it afterwards. Normally, I wouldn't cause any issues over some thing so little, but she was extremely rude and then continue to overcharge me for my drink and refuse to give me a refund. This was extremely unfortunate and I very much hope that this Dunkins reevaluate their workers soon.

Went to this location Easter morning…. Staff was friendly and location was clean. Young man that made my coffee did a great job…. Chocolate cold foam was made perfectly. He was very kind as well.

I don’t know why I keep giving this trash location a chance but they never fail to mess up your order. Always double check what you get from here but honestly, just don’t even bother stopping at Douglas Dunkins at Family Convenience. Ironic, since it is so inconvenient all the time.

Last week they were making my food without gloves, when I finally got the persons attention I asked why they were making food with no gloves and she said they ran out the night before and was waiting for the truck!!!! Omg gross I asked for a refund, buyer beware. Douglas

If I could give ZERO stars...I would!!! ALWAYS AN EXCEPTIONALLY LONG WAIT. Decided to stop and give another try... They had a huge sign advertising a $3 iced coffee. My Mom and I ordered two. When we got to the window (after waiting 20 minutes when there were only 3 cars before us...) we were told "oh that specials over." We asked if it could be honored since the sign was still up and they had to get the manager who rudely told us "sorry. They didnt send us the sign yet to cover up the other sign." It was a piece of cardboard that could have easily been taken down. So we again asked the manager if she could just honor the price and she simply said "no." We decided based on principle we would leave the coffee behind and let them throw them out instead of getting the $6 they could have for them while also making a positive customer service experience. FAIL. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE for something that was their error. Rude manager who needs LOTS of training if shes had any at all.
