I'm not only recommend this place. I highly qualify this place as a great food place great prices, great dining in or dining out experience and the services top-notch the workers make you feel at home they taking they take pride and doing their job as well as making you feel like you're their number one priority. It is always clean there from the times I've gone. I am so thrilled at the great job that you guys do, I think the only thing I could think of that would make it even better would be if you did like a promotion for on peoples birthday like half off or a free like say meal like a sub chips and a drink that would probably really make some people really impressed but overall top-notch place to go to awesome atmosphere great service, great ambience, and I highly highly recommend Anyone to go there and if I had to give it stars it would be 1,000,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 stars because that is how great of a job you guys do. Just moved to Douglas.. I've ordered pizza multiple times, perfect pizza with fast delivery. I recently picked up one with my 4 month old child.. whoever was working helped me by carrying the pizza out to my car. Very much appreciated!

Incredibly rude management/ownership. Was given the wrong order and they told me "it didn't cost that much money anyhow" and "that is what they put in the computer" so they couldn't do anything about it. Completely rude and condescending not to mention that he called me Hon about 10 times in 5 minutes which is disgusting. Ripped up the menu, will never order from them again. This is the second time they sent me the wrong food and overcharged me.
Ok so I was so interested in my first pizza in Massachusetts. Well this was a real letdown 10-07-23 my father-in-law and I went in and ordered a large Leo's pizza and as we were waiting a lady got her order which she had some awesome looking potato skins so we ordered them . At 6 pm the order Togo was placed finally at 7:30 pm we got or ordered we arrived home to find the potato skins had very little bacon and cheese nothing like the lady that showed us hers ok little letdown but for the pizza major let down the crust was raw the veggies was raw the meat was cold after an hour and half wait totally unacceptable if I wanted to take and bake I would have went to fresh market. One of the biggest problems I had observed no pos system to write down orders on a pice of paper and put in all different areas you loose orders as mine and another customer experienced . I will not order from Harry's in Douglas agin and if this store reflects their customer service I will not visit either of the other stores around here . To many pizza places around Sutton Webster and Douglas to waste money here . Sorry you failed .

I have lived in Hawaii, Iowa, Massachusetts, Virginia and Georgia. Harry's Pizza is by far the best pizza place I've ever been to in my life.Every single time I am back in Douglas Massachusetts I always stop at Harry's to grab a pizza. I honestly believe if they could somehow franchise they would rule the world when it comes to pizza.Vegetarian options: They're veggie pizza is the best I've ever had.
