Guachafita, many flavors and colors. But don't kill that with so much maple syrup, it is a very invasive sweet and damages the dish. As a recommendation, if you want to make a caramelized pork rind, first cook it in panela and then fry it.

I had order a perro paisa and the bread was extremely saggy and it was very hard to eat a very moist bread. The fries were very tasteful but a little disappointing, since I am pregnant and I really was craving this.

Excellent service first, the people who serve you are very friendly. As for the food, absolutely everything is delicious! The paisa dog and the paisa dog are highly recommended. The rest of the menu looks delicious too. I was delighted and hope to return soon. Excellent and delicious.

I went with my mom, we ate a paisa hot dog and a salchipapa, delicious! I can say that they are identical to what they make in Colombia, I'm glad they have the pineapple sauce. The person who served us and the chef were very friendly, I definitely come back.

We returned to give it a second chance but the hot dog is nothing like what they sold before, the salad was expired and had a bad smell, the bread and cheese are heated in the microwave, the lady who prepares them stirs the potatoes new ones with the old ones so when you are going to eat them, some are hot, others are cold, some are dry and others are half moist, the portion of potatoes is smaller, honestly, last time. Zero recommended the place

They are either deaf or can’t write, repeated my order IN PERSON!!! 3 times, they repeat it back to me! And they still did it wrong! Will never come back. Drove there and fail to check my order once made! I thought 3 times was enough. Came home to find a messed up order and old fries. They were NOT BUSY, it was a simple order, not a big one, they ruined my freaking dinner as I got everything I DID NOT WANT IN MY PERRO PAISA, and what I want in it, they failed to add. Takes years to win a customer and seconds to lose it.
