Was looking for a new coffee spot in eastie this morning and found this gem! Tucked away between wing stop and auto zone, we actually hadn't seen it in the past and were so glad to have found it. Lots of cozy coffeehouse vibe space/tables inside (looks great for doing some work or studying). They don't have a rewards program but offer a deal where you get a free medium sized drink with each $40 gift card purchase. We loved our iced americano (light roast) and medium roast drip coffees. Barista was friendly and provided quick service as it was not busy at 9:30am on a Thursday in January! We will be back for more

This place is very cozy and the coffee very delicious. It's very clean and the perfect place to relax, read a book or just have a cup of coffee. I loved it.
The Well is my favorite local coffee shop in Eastie. Their black coffee is my typical order, but I would also recommend their chai tea as well. The interior is much warmer than the unassuming exterior suggests.Today, I was served by Analise, who was super friendly and helpful!

The coffee was good but the bagel was terrible and the high stools were very uncomfortable. So I guess if you only want coffee and are lucky enough to snag a table, it's good.
