ordered ahead online and then proceeded to wait give or take 30 minutes for 3 items. watched countless people go in out through both the store and the drive thru. when we followed up on our order we were told it was "a lot of food". it would have taken me less time to make it myself at home

They’re always friendly and my stuff is always correct. Sometimes there’s a line but that’s not uncommon. On the go orders are always ready when I get there.

I worked there for a couple months as my first job and it was the worst job I’ve ever had and there was roaches and flys everywhere and they didn’t care about there employees at all and didn’t care about people that was loyal to them for years. They need to be shut down knowing they’re infested food. Also everyone there looks like they want to kill themself , only good one there is crystal and I bet she’s still getting scammed with no raise with 3 kids and 2 jobs been loyal and working there for years and never did wrong.

This is the only Dunkin' doughnuts, that make you go into the store for an O.J. When Honey dew , and other stores just give it to you an O.J. from the frige in the store..simply poor Business Strategy ? That looses more money, wake up ppl..What if i was crippled and coudn't get into the store, I'd have no O.J.. and pay for it directly,, You are loseing money, right there, its a no brainer.. Suppose they make more money on Gas instead,, so they don't care..

We got coffee here and the coffee tasted awful I think they maybe gave us midnight blend trying to get rid of it and assumed we wouldn't notice

First off rude employees my girlfriend placed an order online and as we said we have a pickup order she then proceeds to be rude and say it literally just came in... may I say in like the worst tone possible!!Then they make us walk inside to pick up the order when I was in my car waiting for it to be picked up at the drive thru! They were swearing about doing more work because in my order I had a Culotta and I was trying to get a refund on it because they said there machine wasn't working so then proceed to be even more rude to me when I got my money back! Would not recommend coming to this Dunkin I've been to better ones and this one is not even close to it!

Messed my coffee up turned around and got it remade no problem. Just listen and repeat the order .make sure correct. Accidents happen. But coffee is life ? first thing in the morning I'm grumpy till I have my coffee ?

The best thing about this Dunkin's: a super friendly team of ladies working when I stopped by on an early morning. My drink was ready to go and they were very courteous in making sure I had everything I needed. While the food and drink are typical Dunkin's - bland coffee, sugary drinks, empty donuts, and ultra-zapped hot items - deals and bonus points offer on their mobile app are often very, very addictive. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.
