Absolutely the worst service ever stood there for 20 minutes for 2 small coffees had to leave after ordering because I couldn’t wait any longer after being ignored

Ok, so I don't like waiting 30 minutes for 1 coffee in drive up when there are only 6 cars in front of me and 3 cars in parking lot. But I think I deserved a Sorry about the wait and not suggestions that I come inside next time, get behind the counter and help because there's only 3 working, or go elsewhere. Always issues at this location so I should know better. As suggested, we should all go elsewhere.

I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes to place my order, and another 15 minutes to reach the window. How on earth was my order for 2 small coffees and assorted munchkins not ready when I got to the window? I waited another 5 minutes at the window for my very simple order to be prepared.

This place was great! New to Bridgewater and have been looking for a new primary Dunks, and this is easily the one. The staff were all so friendly and so prompt and hardworking, and the food and coffee was great! Would recommend :)

I'm sure you all know how Dunks as a whole has been lately. Hit or miss to say the least. Which is NOT on the employees at the stores whatsoever. Lack of deliveries and supplies doesn't make it easy on them. Well the people working at this location on Valentine's Day around 1pm were nothing but professional, fast and courteous. I actually made a mistake in the app and they fixed it for me no questions asked. Coffee is always on point too. There's a few Dunks within a 5 mile radius in this area and I think I've made this one my home store. To the employees working that day and time..I'm sorry I forget your names but thank you for giving me back the hope I've lost in Dunks recently. A+ Thanks again!

They remodeled very recently but the staff are still pretty clueless. I understand times are tough during covid but putting coconut in a cocoa mocha latte is not ok.
