The place is an all you can eat buffet and literally says that EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS of leftovers in sushi will be charged to you. Figured my wife and I would for certain have leftovers, no issue paying a fee- but asking for clarification on what the charge is, every piece you don't eat INCLUDING appetizers, it's $1.00 per piece. The description is very misleading. After speaking with the manager, she only charged us a $10 fee since we've never been to this establishment before (very kind of her) but we will not be returning.Service wasn't all that great- we had a new server and we repeatedly had to ask for things (drinks, napkins, spicy mayo, utencils/chop sticks. Very sweet but I don't think she was trained properly.Environment was decent but tables around us were left of old food and dirty dishes the entire length of our stay.Food was okay- decent for buffet style. Egg rolls and rangoons were horrible. Highly recommend the dumplings and tempura specialty rolls.

We had a wonderful time here twice. The plum wine is delicious. I ate shrimp with broccoli, white rice and garlic sauce. It was very fresh and tasty. My boyfriend had sushi which he said was delicious.

Ordered dinners and sushi. The sushi smelled awful and tasted fishy and we threw it out. The pork fried rice had zero pork and was full of celery??? Why? General Tso chicken had no taste or spice, egg rolls were mushy and Rangoon was little more than a fried wonton with a dollop of cream cheese. Awful experience. There is so much better Asian food than wasting your time and money here.

Better off going to Wong Wok if you live on the Springfield and east Longmeadow border. Better Chinese food overall, less expensive, and they don’t screw up your order.

The food was lukewarm...prepared much earlier than the expected wait time. Nonetheless, I paid the $15.25 for a dinner combo- chicken fingers (5 small pcss), beef terriyaki (2 pcs) chicken terriyaki (2pcs), and fried rice (tasted and looked like regular brown rice. The food wasn't appetizing (tossed out most of it); and portion size was rather small compared to the other places from where I usually order. I won't be ordering Chinese food from here again. I might try their Japanese food (sushi, rolls since the reviews about their sushi are more favorable.

I order sushi from this restaurant weekly, however last night I ordered sushi and found 2 black hairs embedded in my sushi roll. This is the second time this has happened where I have found hair in my sushi from this restaurant in the past month. I was hoping the first time was a fluke, but since it happened a second time it’s clear it’s a lack of hygienic practices. A note to the owner: I absolutely love your sushi which is why I order it weekly, but please require your sushi chefs to wear their hair back and covered by a hairnet. It’s completely unacceptable for customers to spend that much money on sushi to then find hair in it on more than one occasion. I will have to start getting my sushi elsewhere if your sushi chefs can’t keep their hair away from the food.

Always loved this place. Recently though the quality has gone down and price up. Still like it, but the gap between them and other places has closed.
