Joy Bowl is a fantastic chain, and I'm extremely happy we have it in Western Massachusetts. Staff is always welcoming and kind, and will help you craft your bowl (either from their pre-set menu, or with the make your own bowl option). Just had this for the first time and I am so impressed. Everything was so fresh, the jalapeños, the cucumbers, the ahi, the crab, just absolutely amazing. Also got the pork dumpling app - also delicious. Highly recommend.

oh how i love this chain. best poke bowls ever with such impact they created a subculture with in my friend group. however, something very bad happened recently. my friend (bald, suffers with alopecia becuase of high stress working in the animal trade) had to pull out multiple long blonde hairs from his bowl. he was so disturbed he had to recieve a refund. other than that though i love this place fr joyous boyous for life
