Went there as normal on a Friday,was asked rudely if we had a reservation, and politely said no, as we were seated the owner seemed annoyed that we did have a reservation, being a regular on Friday for two months at 100 plus dollars every visit ,the owner reallly doesn't know her regulars or acknowledge them.The waitress was more pleasant than the owner.At this point it would be better to eat else where without being judged just because you dont have a reservation, plus is it legal to lock the only door to the only exit if there was a dire need to exit during an emergency since she locked the door so nobody could enter??? It saddens me that we were treated disrespectfully after all the money spent at this place.

went for dinner last night there were eight of us. the waitress was phenomenal! Patsy and his wife Carmella kept coming out into the dining room to check on everybody they are wonderful people! I would recommend this restaurant to anybody and everybody it was absolutely fabulous! I give it five stars

Shrimp scampi with linguini! Fresh rolls and butter and tossed salad with italian dressing! Delish! My first time there and I will definitely be back!!
Recently tried this restaurant that was recommended to me by a total stranger. Honestly one of the best Italian restaurants I've ever eaten at. The meatballs are delicious and many other items on the menu. My only complaint is with the way they handle COVID-19. There is a pretty nasty sign on the door that basically says the staff has the option of wearing a mask when I'm pretty sure the local health code in East Longmeadow Massachusetts says different.When me and my friend arrive we simply thought maybe one or two staff members would not be wearing a mask however nobody was wearing a mask in the restaurant at all as far as employees go. The restaurant started to get busy around 6 o'clock and there was no social distancing whatsoever in the restaurant. People were in booths behind us and on the other side of the room. They did offer some outdoor seating which is good however when the owner came out she simply said that we reached capacity and went to lock the doorWhen the owner lock the door we felt very unsafe not just for COVID-19 reasons but if there was any kind of other emergency the front door is locked which again I think is a violation of various ordinances. When we left we had to handle the door and unlock it ourselves. I'm not sure we will be back until the health situation improves in the world but I must say the food was pretty good. But having good food doesn't mean just doing whatever you want. I was more turned off by her locking of the door and that safety violation than the staff lacking mask protection.

Phone ordering was smooth with all info on specials, etc. patiently provided. Food was excellent, start to finish. (We're not ready for outdoor dining, but patio looked very pleasant.)
